This is usually a meal that I have on Sundays when the family doesn't want to cook but still want something semi-healthy and tasty. I usually get the family pack with two chickens and a side of either rice or beans and a tortilla pack with a spicy salsa. The service fast the place is clean, and it taste is infallible.

3 customers ahead of me but it only took less than 5 minutes to place and get order. Place is very small so not many can be inside at one time but they are working fast to get you in and out.
They charge extra for everything. I ordered a family meal and got 2 baby things of salsa. They wanted to charge me for more. I already paid a fee for using my card once. I wasn't going to pay it again. Family meal is supposed to feed 4 people. You're telling me 4 people are supposed to share 2 baby salsas. Won't be coming here again. Too bad too cause I like their food too. I've been coming here for a long time
I've came to realize now that Juan Pollo is way better then El Pollo Loco.Their chicken is much more flavorful and delicious.

Okay I've taken a look at the NEGATIVE comments and I gotta say that I completely disagree with them. The food here is so FLAVORFUL! anytime I've gone here it's been DELICIOUS! Unfortunately I can't speak on anyone else's experience with customer service but MY EXPERIENCE was awesome. Quick. Friendly staff when I was there. THANK YOU ! I'll take a picture next visit of the golden roasted/grilled chicken
