Ordered online and picked up, made no substitution or special orders but items were still incorrect.Ordered the chicken salad and they gave us a bowl with just chicken?! When I asked where my salad was they seemed confused and repeatedly asked what type of salad i ordered. Then the patty melt I ordered had no grilled onions, sent it back, new order didn't have onions again. 3rd time got it back, but with barely onions- I was done and wanted to go home plus no one ever apologized...everytime they handed me the burger the lady looked mad like it was fault that they kept messing up, extremely strange and exhausting experience.
Was craving an Oreo shake and fries. The shake wasn’t even mixed and had little to no Oreo cookies in it and my fries were stale and to make it a better experience the girl with curly hair at the window gave me attitude for no reason ? first bad experience here man other times, what’s going on here. Do better jack

I got pancake's and the fries were in the box with the sauce. Dont think fries should be in my mini pancakes box.

I asked for a custom order. & they made my order wrong. Everything was right on the receipt.Guess they dont read or understand..I mean it wasnt that hard to add lettuce & tomato to # 13 . instead they added cheese & bacon. Which i cannot eat.They need to add a new menu..just for added veggies.This is the second time i have had my order wrong in different. Jacks..Off Iris location . And Cactus location. Either screen not working or they cant hear me.Had to walk in again to pick up my correct sandwish.. Cuz i order through the drive thru.. So not convenient..
This is the only jack in the box that I know raises prices a lot all the time. In the high desert as well as other locations the kids cheese burger meal is $3 dollars and some change. This one is 4.89 + at times then 5.05 to $6 and up. When I am on a budget it is worth the travel to some where else instead of the conveyance of just crossing the street to get my daughter a meal. Smh
