I've been to this place like 15 times, and I usually have to wait inside when I'm trying to order, because no one is at the front. Like I could just grab stuff off the counter and walk out, it's that kinda situation. I was noticing while i was standing there that all the tables are dirty. The trashes are all full. I decided to start going to the drive through, and also going to the poki place in that shopping center on the other side, which is healthier and faster.
Went to get some dinner only car in line staff were very rude too busy socializing not listening to request ask you a question turn around and they were talking to somebody else girl took my card for payment she dropped it they couldn’t find my card I was told to pull around they’d look for it nobody ever came out pulled back around further way from the drive-through window saw my card got out to get it got yelled at then they told me I didn’t pay for anything so I’m not sure what the girl did when she took my card inside took 10 minutes to get my food after that and it was thrown at me through the window including the drink I checked my bank activity just now two hours later and I was double billed I’m 68 years old no senior discount rude service asked to speak to manager was told there was none I could try tomorrow if I still wanted to, this is not the first time I’ve had issues with this location but it is the last as I will no longer go there. I’m not sure if this Jack-in-the-Box is a corporate store or a franchise but either way I would hope that somebody would actually care about service to their community.
I had a pretty large order, they had me park in the front while they prepared my food. I was afraid they might forget an item or 2 but nothing was missing. Great job!They were out of orange Fanta zero but went with a diet Dr pepper.
Slowest jack in the box I’ve ever been too , a bunch of kids who don’t want to work here . They should get better help 15$ an hour doesn’t help.
Went through the drive thru and everything was fine. When I was asked to park out front everything was fine. When I got my order I was missing some sauces that came with the meal. I went inside and waited about 5 minutes to be helped in a empty restaurant. The drive thru people pretended to not see me and the 2 girls up front decided to gossip and say goodbye to each other and when I said excuse me they said someone will be with me and rushed into the office to talk some more. After 5 minutes I had to yell and set someone's attention just to get some sauce. Not the idea job but wow show some professionalism.
Service was quick and food was as expected. Nothing to complain about.
I asked the guy to give me Fresh fries he gave me cold fries! Plus he smashes all six of my sandwiches which were sloppily made and also my tacos were cold!! Won't be back
This place is horrible! 2nd time my order was not right! They forget the condiments asked for! Will not be returning

Close to dining inn,chicken burgers and chicken nuggets always out,,service ok
