Ooooh the sourdough yack is the best at yack n debox I wish they would come out with a bacon potato wedge stuffed jalapeno cheese box mixed like their chorizo curly frie box and all those other French fri boxes they had I don't know why they take good stuff off the menu I know they like to change it up but some stuff they just gotta leave alone
Employee named Rosita was such a charm. 2am coming home from a 12 hour shift and driving over 100miles and ran over some road paint in my Tesla. Decided to get something to eat and was blessed with such a thoughtful and top tier customer service oriented employee. Not only was she a pleasant to talk to she even gave me some some change to use the self use car wash down the street to get the paint off my car. Thank you Rosita, from having frustrating day to now having a much better night and drive home.
My husband is a truck driver so obviously his truck doesn’t fit at the drive thru he has gone 3 times having to get off to order and every time he says doors are locked workers just stare but don’t open the door for him! Today he went and he said there was customers inside eating but the doors were still locked!!! His truck doesn’t fit at drive thru the lazy workers wont open the door so how is he supposed to order food!! I called tried to speak to the manager and the worker was rude said the door was locked cause they are short staffed but yet there was already customers inside eating!!! I would give 0 stars if i could!

I got the chicken ranch and asked for extra sauce, it didn't come with extra sauce, super dry so I called and spoke with exavier , he gave me an attitude saying he made the sandwhich and pretty much why am I saying it's dry , he was pushing this issue that it wasn't dry, like bud I asked for extra sauce in the first place plus why are you argueing , I'm being chill so he says to bring it back so I did and he says whoops my bad I gave you the wrong bun , so you just argued with me for what, get better managers. Store on the corner of sunnymead.
Had a great brunch meal here. Clean and no more stain in the table. I actually love the food. Nice and friendly staff.
Stopped by jack in the box after work. When I ordered my drink I was informed that they were out of Dr. Pepper would I like any other drink. So I ordered Sprite, the guy taking the order sounded irritated and told me they were out of Sprite and then listed all the drinks they were out of. So my boyfriend ordered a jumbo jack combom and I ordered the blazing cluck deluxe combo with onion rings on the side instead of on the sandwich. Get home and....his jumbo jack bun is hard enough to brake a window and my blazing cluck combo is a sad spicy cluck with barley any sauce no cheese no bacon no onion rings on the side. I call and ask to speak to a manager. The girl who answered the phone informed me there's noanager she's the one in charge. She told me I can call and speak to the manager tomorrow morning she looks to see what time a manager will be in at and informs me there will be no manager until Monday. I asked her... So you guys are working through the weekend with noanager. She said well I'm tomorrow is Sunday...what the what...last I knew Jack in the box is open on Sundays. Also don't y'all need a manager to open the safe to give you tills collect tolls and make change for you guys also to drop your money when your drawer has too many big bills. So of there's no manager y'all just keep full registers all day? Do all the employees have safe access? Just not adding up sound very unsafe.
Asked for a chicken deluxe blazin cluck with the onion rings on the side and they gave the wrong cluck with no onion rings on the side, no cheese, no bacon, and a tiny bit of sauce. Plus i ordered a jumbo jack and the buns were stale and hard. I will not be returning to this jack in the box at all. It was on sunday 1/30/2022 at 2:26 am. And the bad employees name is Monshaniqu
They asked me for a face mask but they were handling food with a mask on but their nose exposed
I think all Jack In The Box locations need to make better quality of food. For what I paid for really gave me the notion to never go back.
