I had to ask for utensils and napkins …. Lord help these children serving food… I hope no one gets sick here.We waited an hour for our appetizer ( no food yet ) lol & then has the nerve to say “ we only have one cook” then say something woman! Why seat people down if your under staffed ?!!Ridiculous and then I asked her name 3 times, like the first two times didn’t process . She said her name was Sarah, geez terrible liar too. God bless this store and everyone who works here. I couldn’t help my self but tell Sarah on my way out that “ if there is a table of 5 that means 5 plates”.Homegirl needs to learn common sense & Basic math.Not sorry because if you don’t like your job quit! Look for something else that suits your needs.
The service was very bad. We waited over an hour to get service. Big parties of 20 and only 2 server's. We saw about 15 people come in and were told they would have to wait an hour. And they left. You lost a lot of business. You need to hire more server's. The two server's looked like they were ready to throw in the towel. But they did their best.
Went really late so understandable but some good wasn't cooked all the way and the server seemed to forget part of our order til we reminded them
I'm sorry but this ihop has the worst service. I always wait about 15 mins for my curbside pick up and have to call multiple times. I order from this ihop because it's the closest 1 to me.
Literally the best food we found. The price was also almost normal. The food and service was better than the other places we stopped at for food while visiting Disneyland. Plus that includes when we ate at goofeys kitchen for 2 bills......
Was very pleased with the service. Our server was so friendly with all the tables. Almost made me feel like we were in a family restaurant. She was even able to make an order that is no longer on the menu.

Got in late with 3 hungry boys to feed. We didn't have to wait long being seated. Or getting out orders taken and receiving our food. Although it wasn't busy I will definitely be back and I have a ihop closer to me ,but they are a hit & miss at times.
Been there before, excellent all around. Today was an off day, being a Holiday. Wait was long, food was cold, yet grateful as I am working and wanted more than reh PB &J I packed.
Good service if you go late.
