Worst experience ever! Topped the last bad experience. Ordered food and waited half an hour in freezing cold meat locker! Went to check on order which was never submitted. Computer error but no one noticed we still had our number on the table. Won't be going back there to get 25% off.
It was great. I wish they weren't so expensive.When I can afford I love eating here.
The young man who took our orders with the blue face mask on gave us great customer service, very polite and professional.The food was good as well, I ate the the turkey melt and Zucchini.. will definitely be back...
food wasn't hot or taste good. The omelet was dry with only bacon, cheese and avocado on top. I thought it would have more ingredients than those three items.
Lots of nightshift workers in the area. Reflecting 11:30 close time came by at 11pm and they were closed. Not good for business my guys missed their lunch due to this.
The cashier was helpful and served my food on time... the issues are the tables were dirty and sticky... ummm ? it wasn't rushed hour when I was eating there... I asked for napkins and I told them that need them to clean the table where I was going to seat myself, no one offered to clean or at least offered the cleaning rag.. after I cleaned my table and finished eating no one attempt to clean the tables even when it was maybe two customers and maybe a couple of vehicles in the drive-thru... 3 stars ...yeah I was feeling generous...
Update hours on here, they close at 10pm. A big let down for traveling families trying to get a late dinner.
Interior is pretty rough. Tables weren't very clean, bathrooms weren't either.The food is supposed to be "farm to table" but it didn't seem any different from any other day food place. The food was fine.
Staff was nice and food was good, but not a clean table to be found anywhere. Don't even bother asking if the bathrooms were clean...I certainly hope the kitchen was in better shape, but I have my doubts!
Definitely rude and condescending staff and management. They packed my bag wrong and didn’t give me half my order. I had no vehicle to get there and they offered no help. The manager essentially called me a liar and that they packed the bag correctly. Even though it wasn’t. They offered no corrective action and no refund or anything. I am stuck in a hotel with nothing to eat because they were rude. Not real helpful for a diabetic. I have NEVER been so angry and disappointed in any business. They will NEVER get my business again.
