Very slow, poor managmemt, poor training, not at fault on workers but the ownership..they have to make sure they have enough people for the bussines volume...orders are taking 2 hours to be ready!
Employee says store hours vary depending on the day. Sometimes they close at 9, other times 10, etc. i don’t get it lol. But uh delivery is alright. Carry out is sometimes a problem. Store hours are completely inaccurate from what’s posted online and in store. I can easily cook at home, I know, but there’s that One day out the month I decide to eat out ya know….
I originally placed an delivery order , a representative called and let me know it’s high volumes for delivery approx 3 hrs . I agreed to pick up order and this is what I got . I don’t know if they were being funny or what. I order a 8 piece & recieved 5 wings . I paid for pasta with 2-3 strips of chicken and barely any pasta . This is RIDICULOUS . I called to complain and I keep getting out on hold .

Theres definitely an opportunity for retraining for proper customer service to one female night manager with glasses. The female. night manager prior to this one was so friendly, accomodating AND made my food with angel's hands because it was always hot and delicious as ordered.Additionally, there is either false advertising or the night team under the incredibly rude and unprofessional female manager at the Alessandro location are unclear about the difference between a bowl and a pizza. They also need to wear gloves instead of handling the food bare handed without washing their hands.
Completely unprofessional! I ordered online and my pizza had been sitting there since 7:23pm. I call the store at 8:30 pm and they tell me to go pick it up, they will charge me again and refund $5.99 for delivery fee. I get to the store and the guy walks to the back and starts laughing with the other males. The only female on shift actually took time to look for my order and gave it to me. They didn't even offer a refund in store. Didn't even give me a fork for the pasta. Pizza was cold too!
Just to be ok to order here. Lately they not doing well. You can call and they won't let you place an order. If you go ther the door its unlocked and they still telling you they cannot take you order. Now after many years of buying pizzas here, today was my las day. I have never been told I can't order 5 pizzas, I can only order on pairs. 2,4,6,8. ????? We are very disappointed to what this place has become. Hope they turn around soon, before they lose more business!
I attempted to buy 6 pizzas for myself and my co workers. Placed the order at approximately 6pm because I had previous issues with this same company last month regarding on time delivery. I asked that the pizza be delivered at 9pm because lunch is at 915pm. Well around 840 pm they called to say that the pizza would be 3 hours late. I had informed them at 6 when I placed the order that it was important to have the pizza on time due to our lunch schedule. Had they informed me at the time that they could not fullfil the order, not only would I have not placed the order, I would not have left a tip for an order that had not been accepted. I should have gone to Pizza Hut. They are also horrible at picking up their phone. I am sure they are having numerous complaints tonight
Hit or miss. Service is good sometimes. Food is a hit or miss as well. But in reality it's hard to mess up pizza. Prices are deciding unless there are secret charges. But I just feel sometimes workers add prices for other things for themselves. It's weird
Tried to order my food online was not working it's not working. Called in my food set on hold the whole time ended up driving there before they even picked up stop. Started the order in my food the guy said he could give me the same discount as online then the manager came up and told me he cannot give me the same discount he'll give me a different one but it's gonna cost me more now. And I asked why he said it doesn't work like that then ask for my phone so you can order through my phone to get the same discount . Not then give him my phone so he can play around with it why can't you do your job as a manager where service ever walked out.
