Came here a hour and fifteen minutes before closing and I didn’t get my ice cream until 35 minutes past closing time on top of the employee been in a really bad mood and shoving things around. He also kept going back and fourth to the back.
Hours are NOT Saturday 11:00am to 10pm.Tried to take my kids for a late night snack and they were closed at 9:45.Kind of disappointing:(

First time at this location and it will be my last. Employee was friendly greeted us as we entered however she was working alone and we waited while she helped another customer. But after 10 minutes of waiting we decided to leave. Corporate you really need to always have two or more employees at any given time. You will continue to loose business if not.
Will not be visiting this location again.Horrible customer service; the workers either ignoring you or acting as if your presence is an inconvenience. Also, ordered four "love it" size ice creams and the cups were all barely filled (portion would have been small even for a "like it" size) and the toppings were nonexistent (paid full price though).Usually we love Cold Stone but this experience has put us off for a while.
