Ok not a huge fan of fries that are soggy after just ordering them, truly think getting a soda that is not edible is rare but should never be a reason to leave a review. But here is why Church's get the rating from yours truly, if I get chicken and it seems like they shouldn't be named a chicken eatery this is something that should be corrected.
No.1 meal is crispy and delicious. But the staff has no more smile on the face.
Close this location. I ordered through door dash three times because I love Church’s. First time was ok, not the best, second was awful but I ate some of it and threw the rest away, now third time thinking maybe it’ll be different, it was THE WORSE, chicken was dry and no crispy batter, they forgot my biscuits, Cole slaw was dry, and jalapeño poppers and fries were cold. NEVER AGAIN DO NOT GO HERE.
If I could give 0 stars this location would deserve even less!! Rarely do I give a deragatory rating but the level and degree of poor service was UNBELIEVABLE. I went through the drive- thru and upon placing my order I was told there was not any spicy chicken and they were not preparing any. Furthermore if I desired to have some I'd be waiting at least about 30 to 45 minutes. I was in shock. Needless to say I said I'll wait. Well..I waited and waited in the parking lot. Then I proceeded to go inside and have a seat after inquiring when would my order be ready after spending about $35 dollars. WELL I WAS TOLD OH WE FORGOT YOU'RE STILL WAITING? BY THE TIME I left so many orders were filled before me. Very humiliating experience to just sit there looking at people coming and going except me. I called the corporate office and never received a call back. Weeks later I gave another visit to that location hoping for the best. It was horrible and the gentleman even was argumentative because my chicken had dry spots on it and he did not really want to give me other pieces. He said you can get your money back or wait for more when it gets made and I said well there is spicy there I'll take some of those. Then he said no this is from the same batch. I quietly told him no it is not I was there over an hour ago and had called in. He then got mad and shoved the chicken in the box and tried to shun me in front of customers. Very unprofessional employees.
Never order this place through door dash my order was all messed up didn't give me my Mac and cheese no corn on the cob and gave me 2 mash potatoes and gravy ? this store lost my business and don't bother calling they don't answer the phone
Asked for spicy and they said they had some but once we started to eat it was not spicy at all we visited because we love spicy food and we will not go back and they only have legs nothing else I ordered chicken breast and got legs.
Paying over $11 for lunch is not a great value ordered jalapeno cheese bombers and was shorted in my order I had chicken tenders and 50% of the chicken tenders were batter. I still was hungry.!
6pm drive through on a Monday, no spicy anything, cash only, no soft drinks, no hot sauce, only side dish available is fries. Very typical of this poor location.
Placed order at drive thru despite long line orders were moved quickly chicken was freshly cooked well seasoned down to the bone not oily and delicious as was the okra. I was completely satisfied as I hadn't eaten there I'm a while and going back soon. I wish the specials were more easily visible as you pull up instead of when after you've placed your order. Otherwise great experience.
Church's Chicken is selling raw meat when you order white meat chicken they do not have it on the dark meat and they want you to pay for white meat chicken that they do not have and you will not get they do not wash their hands or change their gloves we purchased chicken last night at the bone it was still bloody red this company is falling off
