Used to love this place as a kid. Now it’s incredibly understaffed, poor management, no one truly knows how the new card system works it seems. Manager and employee weren’t sure how the app works or how it activated. Also majority of the employees look miserable. When trying to get our prizes from our card the lady kept skipping us and would not search for the items in their cubbies , we had to tell her they were there because we can see them. Miss the ticket/coin system as well. Very good pizza though.
Took the family to celebrate my 4 year olds birthday and they had a blast. Great customer service, especially the guy that took our order, was very helpful and professional. Glad to go to a place that has all their arcades and rides were working properly. The food and pizza we got was great. Pizza was thin crust with garlic butter and pepperoni's, we all loved the pizza. We happened to arrive before it got crowded. They even had chuck e cheese come out and do a performance. My kids loved it, thanks for the great memories and for sure we will be back.
Manager was very rude this place only allows two beers per guest they swipe your driver's license to keep track. I understand this is a kids place but as a father if I want to enjoy myself and foot the bill for my family a cold beer does it for me not video games. I spend over $100 dollars here but thankfully it will be the last $100 I ever spend as I told my entire failmily in the car we will not return and it's not even an acceptable place to ask to return to.
I always enjoy taking my Grandchildren to Chuck E. Cheese!! I haven't been in awhile so I was amazed by the new way of doing things in regards to picking your pizza up!! I was there this time for our Victoriano Elementary School fundraiser where my grandchildren attend!! I just love Victoriano and I truly appreciate Chuck E. Cheese for continuing to be a special place even in the midst of such ugly times.
Waste of time and money??. Thank god I had a gift card, but will not be going in the near future
I took my babies here for a little fun on a flex day that's when they have the special. I spent$95 for(3) 1 hour play cards and(1) large pizza with cheese bread and 2 drinks. I spent the time running after my 4 year old as she yelled for me everywhere to slide the card. Some of the games are broken and kids don't really feel rewarded when the tickets are loaded to the card. That's my personal opinion, they don't have the children's jungle gym but, probably due to COVID-19. The prizes are horrible and the decent prizes cost money.
My son had a blast! Place was clean and Pizza was excellent. Buuuut the guy who was working seemed super unhappy ? !!
I have been to this location a few times with my kids. You can tell it’s an older location but it’s still clean and well managed. We have always had a pleasant experience with staff and the food is always fresh and more importantly my kids enjoy it! I recommend joining the reward program using the CEC app for extra savings and free tickets.
The Staff is amazing and the place is clean for the most part. The other night I observed one worker cleaning the big pictures on the wall but I couldn't understand why the booth seats were so disgusting. There was old and caked on food on the seats. Other than that I love this location.
Even though its a place where kids have fun.. DO NOT GO HERE.. SEARCH OTHER PLACES!! VERY VERY BAD SERVICE. 1 HOUR AND A HALF TO GIVE YOU YOUR ORDER THEY WANT TO MAKE MONEY OUT EVERY LITTLE THING WORST CHUCK E CHEESE IN THE ENTIRE STATE!!! THE WORKERS NEED TRAINING AND THE PERSON INCHARGE OR MANAGER WAS NO WHERE TO BE FOUND!!!
