I never leave Google reviews but this place deserves it. Chipotle on Frederick in moreno valley is by far the worst chipotle this side of the Mississippi. 17 workers and 2 are working. Always out of food. Long wait in line and zero sense of urgency and no customer service skills. I literally just came in right now to confirm my observations and within 10 minutes in line I have seen 5 people leave the line. Myself included. Avoid at all costs. The 3 times I actually got food it was decent but the experience was always the same. Long wait, out of food, poor customer service and with all these variables factoring in: way over priced. Pass this on and stop giving your money and time to this location.

Consistently out of 3 or 4 toppings. They are open until 10pm most days but run out of topping by 7. They don’t offer to make it and there is no price reduction. You will wait in the 18 minute line just to be told when you reach the front what they ran out of. I’m aware of the app but they put smaller portions when you aren’t there to watch them.

The place was busy and there was a line literally out the door. There were so many online orders/ doordadh orders the people at the store weren't being served as fast. This was evening time around 8pm thought I was gonna get my food quickly then take it home for dinner. Well I didn't end up eating my chipotle dinner until about 9pm because of how long it took for me to order. This was ridiculous.

Worst Chipotle I’ve been to. One person serving and yelling that they are out of brown rice. Only one cashier. They have all kinds of employees in the back. The manager is walking around making sure the only two people they have in the front are working instead of her helping. The line has 10 people waiting. After 30 minutes of waiting they tell you they are out of brown rice, steak, veggies, and guacamole. You kept yelling you were only out of brown rice! For the prices they charge you would think they would have more food or better management.

I don't usually leave bad reviews but my past 2 experiences at this Chipotle have been awful. I ordered twice through the app and the first time my order was 15 minutes later than the scheduled time and the second time it was 30 minutes late. Not to mention both times they messed up my order. I ordered a vegan bowl both times and the first time they put sour cream & cheese in it, and the second time they left pieces of steak in it. They also screwed up my sister's order by giving her only sofritas when she ordered half sofritas and half barbacoa. It's not even a staffing issue because both times I went they were fully staffed and the employees just stood around talking to each other or getting drinks for themselves while there was a line circling around the whole inside of the store. I saw a girl wait there for 15 minutes just for a pick-up order and it was sitting behind the counter getting cold the entire time and none of the employees bothered to help. I wouldn't recommend coming here ever; if you absolutely must you should place your order an hour in advance for the fastest pickup time and hope it'll be ready by the time you get there.

Good vibes and of course fresh great food. We tried the New Polo Asado which took extra time to cook fresh but was worth it. After eating we used the space to get a little work done too.

Horrible customer service. They had a huge line of customers and 15 minutes after a slow pace of them moving with the line they stated they didn’t have any food and that it would take them 30 minutes for new chicken, 15-20 minutes for both rices, no barbacoa.This is my fourth time visiting this restaurant and it definitely lacks leadership, customer service and speed. If I could rate this a 0 stars I would.

This was the WORST food I've ever had at a Chipotle. It was MUSH! (Picture 1 below) The chicken wasn't hot, barely warm and I had to remove 4 pieces of grizzle! (Picture 2 below) I couldn't find the rice and black beans because everything was mixed up in the mush of sour cream and guacamole. I had a mush bowl overpowered with red onions! That's all I could taste was the onions! When asked for a little sour cream and little guacamole the worker poured a line of both over the whole bowl instead of a dollop on the side.I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS CHIPOTLE AGAIN!! ??? I like to end my Food Reviews with Happy Eating.Not this time. AVOID the Miserable Eats at this location or buy and eat at your own risk. You have been warned! ?

Nasty. Meat was cold, portions were very small, and chunks of fat and tendon or something in the meat was hard. My Dad laughed when I handed him his little burrito. Tall white dude at the register was rude. Line was ridiculously long.

I LOVE CHIPOTLE BUT COME ON!!!the WORST customer service experience!!!We waited so LONG that I left my son there, went to YOSHINOYA came back and he was still in line!PLUS the employees were very disrespectful and forgot my sides!I'd rather go to Riverside Chipotle!
