Been coming here for years, my fault for not giving a good rating in the past, food is always what I'm expecting. Just went to pick up an order though and the girl who came to my window acted like I just kicked her puppy. Couldn't tell if she hated her job or me, but was just crazy rude and wouldn't even look me in the eye, just dropped my food in through the window like I was Mr. Chilis and told her we no longer serve ribs. Hope she finds the job she's looking for so maybe she'll finds happiness in life.
Waiting for a table took forever, waiter was nice. Food was mediocre. My son didn't even touch his food. It was burned,dry, and basically charred. He had gotten the chicken strips on the kids menu. He ended up having to eat some of his brother's food, and then I shared my plate with him. They both left hungry and upset. Our table was never cleared from empty dishes and cups the entire time so it was crowded and things kept falling over. We had to leave in a rush since both kids were irritated. There was 5 of us and it was my son's birthday so he was disappointed. This was our first time at this location. We usually really enjoy this restaurant, but not this time.
Food was great. Pasta was so delicious and so was veggie fajita. Love to go there again.
The food was delicious, however, There were a couple of minor inconveniences. My date found a hair and her food, Our main courses came out before our appetizers,And to top it all off the shots I ordered had fuzzy stuff floating in the bottom of the glasses.The service was fantastic. our server was pretty cool. And despite the follicle in the pasta the food was rather delicious. All in all, I would visit again but I would keep my eye on inspector gadget mode for minor imperfections. 3 out of 5.
Food was supposed to be ready by 5:37 pm to 5:42 pm curbside. After waiting about 45 minutes AFTER that time frame another customer tells me to go in because they take forever. I go in, wait another 10 minutes or so. I get the food, go to my car, realize I'm missing a drink. I go back in, they get me a drink with no straw. After I got the straw I walked out. NO ONE at ANY TIME said, "sorry for the wait" or "sorry we missed the drink" or "thank you." Terrible service and horrible wait time that did not match what the pick up time was supposed to be. Curb pick up and "relax, we'll bring out your food" my @$$. If u don't believe me, look at your surveillance footage December 31st, 2021 at around 6:45 pm. No one apologizes. Service people just felt cold and seemed careless. The family had cold chili's food tonight....but the lack of care from the service people is what baffled me. Horrible. I recommend dining in or do the online order but DO NOT wait for them to bring your food out like they're supposed to. Go in as soon as u get there.
Service is friendly but slow. food is good though
Its has been years since I have eaten at Chili's. I had a great time. Our server was amazing; the food was delicious. I would recommend this place.
We haven’t been to Chili’s in a really long time, but we were in the neighborhood and this large brood was starving, so we decided to take a chance. We were very pleased with the service and the food. We have gone to a few big food chain restaurants and have been displease with the food, so we normally try to stick with ones we know are consistent. To our surprise the food was really good and the servers where really attentive and made sure we had full beverages and a full plate of chips and dip the whole time. When it came time to eat they made sure the kiddos received their food first. Great plan! As a mom, if you feed the kids last they start getting a little cranky and bouncing around. Giving the kids food first is a great restaurant practice, so was extremely happy with there table manner. They made sure to keep coming and checking on all of us the whole meal. I was very impressed and this momma left with full bellies and happy kiddos. Thank you so much for the great service and great food!
We dined in and had a really good meal. It was very busy in there as it is Veterans Day. Our meal was made just the way we like it. Service was quick and always with a smile. They have a great wait-staff. It's almost like they had rehearsed several times for today because there was nothing but smiles, and every step and movement was like a well oiled clock.I can't wait to go back!!
Server and his customer service was awesome. He recommended their blackberry margarita and I will say that was an excellent choice and now one of my favorites
