The manager was pretty professional, and came to apolgize to us, even though we did not ask for him. Nevertheless, the servers were kind, but not attentive at all. The host was not so welcoming. The food was semi hot, the strawberry lemonade was watered down, and we did not recieve food items until we were ready to leave. Will personally not be coming back to this establishment.
My wife and I had dinner, the waitress took our order and then we never saw her again until she brought the bill. We try to flag other people down to get refills. Then our dessert was never brought out to us we were there a total of two and a half hours. We watched many people get up and leave. They did not even receive their drinks.! I tried to call Chili's corporate office and never had a response back.
Always come here with family. Waiters are attentive and the food is always well cooked. I'm always ordering steak meals so I love how well the meat is cooked and the vibe in the store is always positive. Despite having a lot of people and being very busy the workers are always positive and kind.If it were me I'd give them a raise for simply putting in hard work and keeping the vibe in the store positive. As well as making sure every customer is satisfied!
Jessica's services was as shifty as her attitude. If you can't handle the pressure of To-Go ordering then don't work at a restaurant. She yelled at multiple customers while they waited over 45mins for their orders. I waited close to 40mins for 2 cheesecakes which is ridiculous I won't be back here. They definitely need better employees and Jessica needs to be promoted to dishwasher. Just horrible!!
Really have gone downhill... 1st they don't even give you Menu's. You have to scan a QR code and use your internet to pull up the menu. 2nd on the menu I wanted to see they two for $25 menu choices. There were no pictures or list of side dishes options, example ; mashed potatoes ; broccoli, etc. So you have to ask the server for menu options. Kind of defeats the online menu. I assume they are doing it because of covid-19. They have had a while to work on the website. It should be seamless by now. The steak that we ordered was moist and well cooked but the server didn't think to bring out a steak knife to cut it with. Are they trying to actually discourage people from using the dining room?Bad service all around the whole experience.Verdict; If you are looking to dump your partner in public and really get them irate, this is the perfect place!
Me and my wofe ate here over the weekend, the 2 for $25 with upgraded steak was so GOOD. I do have to say, customer service here is really good - I have gluten and dairy allergues and totally forgot to mention it in our order because we ordered online. The steak is cooked in garlic butter and had no idea, the manager was super generous and recooked these steak till accommodate mmt allergies. 5stars in my book! Definitely coming back here
Waitress was very good but not amazing. She took awhile to get out drinks and liked to chat it up with her coworkers while tables were waiting (I watched this happen several times) We weren't in a rush but I could see other tables getting a bit upset. Most of the food came out hot, however appetizer was cold. Overall, not horrible, just not amazing either.
The food was way smaller portions than any other chili's I've been too. The waiter took forever to come over and take our orders or even get us drinks. Also he was extremely jittery, anxious, and kinda creepy. Think he might've been under the influence of an illegal substance. Asked for a box to go and 10 minutes passed by with out it. Had to ask someone else for a box Save your time and the money and go literally anywhere else.
Ordered through Door Dash & it said 39-51 minutes- ok, that's fine. 1 hour & 45 minutes later I called to check the status. The lady who answered said "I can not give a status we're waiting on 3 of your items" (I only ordered 4 things). I said "it's been over an hour and a 1/2 since I ordered, her rudely response was "yes, so have others". Another 40 minutes was just added to my delivery- I'm over it. I WOULD NEVER ORDER CHILI'S TO GO, OR VISIT THE MORENO VALLEY LOCATION EVER AGAIN
The quality of food is terrible. A cup of salad, chicken strips were flat hardly no sauce. All served on a wax paper and metal jail tray. Waiters and host were very nice and attentive to my family needs.
