Absolutely the worst food in my life. Food arrived cold. Soda was hot, cookies said fresh and got retail bag cookies. An absolute joke of food, I will never order anything from them again.

Food quality is okay but long wait times and crowding really ruin it. Go when it's slow and you'll have a better experience, weekend wait times to order can be up to 20-30 minutes, and food can sometimes take just as long.

With the demand of the amount of people that were in line to try to get a cheese steak which I was impressed that they did use provolone cheese. But the poor people behind the line four people to run a station to serve 10 to 15 people just makes the wait kind of ridiculous. And once again I felt that. Some of the customer service agents did not want to be there and it showed in their effort when calling out the numbers to try to get people to come get their food. If you don't want people to be talking then put it on a LCD screen monitor in front of your restaurant and have the numbers pop up on the screen to say this number food is ready to be picked up. That way your customer service agents or your Cooks don't have to scream the number over the counter and such a busy area. The food was good but location location just didn't make up for it. I should not be thinking about profit margins when I'm ordering food a simple screen would make it so much easier to get things accomplished in a fast and more efficient way because people were lining up to get the food but they were very uncomfortable staying around waiting for the food to be served. It would make more sense to buy a bigger space and have more people working on a line to make sure your sandwiches go out a lot quicker.
All I can say is that they have one of the best cheesesteaks around
Definitely the best place to eat in the moreno valley mall i highly recommend the chicken California its to die for!! Also there frys with cheese, bacon and ranch are amazing!!
