Order some wings and the sauce suck, no flavor when I ordered garlic wings and they gave us burnt potatoes wedges because they ran out of fries for the meal. My nephew, wouldn't eat because they had burnt his wedges. The server tried to have us pay for something that we didn't get until I had to ask for the manager which took him 20 minutes to get. We spent over a $100 in food and drinks to celebrate my sister birthday and for my dad retirement.
We were attempting to have a Birthday gathering sat on the patio. Approx 14 guest. No servers were available for patio area. We placed our order inside it was delivered in to go boxes to the patio. Had to request containers, napkins, sauce and dressing for our salad in order to eat the food. It was ok but not a place that I would do again anytime soon.
The hostess and waitresses are really nice but unfortunately the cooks have messed up my order almost every time coming here. Today I ordered orange chicken and jalapeño wings to go and when I got home both boxes were the complete wrong flavors and neither one was Jake or I or orange chicken not to mention there was sauce all over the outside of the boxes which made a complete mess.
3/20 The three girls at the pick up counter obviously don’t know what their doing. My sister and I placed a to go order online. We came to pick it up and told it wasn’t ready without even checking. We’ve waited about 20 more minutes and than my sister want back up and this gentleman with the faded green/blue hair was able to help us better than the 3 girls that were on the counter
I placed a phone order & was told food would be ready at 5:40pm. I arrived at 5:50pm and was told food would be another 20-30 minutes. It is 7:05pm and I just got my food. I paid almost $80 for my food and I was not given the Cobb salad that I ordered because they were out of salads!!! I was not issued a refund for the Cobb salad because the manager was not available. Several people had to leave their name and last four of their debit card number on the receipt to be issued a refund. I’ll be calling tomorrow afternoon to make sure I’m issued a refund. Awful customer service!!!Large side of fries was missing.Kid size drink was missing.Salad was missing
I was very unhappy with today’s trip to Buffalo wild wings. It was very unpleasant to hear that my order wouldn’t be ready even after waiting 40 mins, after the estimated pick up time. I asked for a refund since they charge you through the app before ordering. They told us to leave our last 4 of our credit cards and phone number. They couldn’t give me a refund at the restaurant. Really disappointed. Save yourself the headache and don’t go here. Even the San Bernardino one has better service
Fried pickles usually good this time they showed no effort to put out good product can't even taste the pickles. Beers where flat lemonade is watered down. Not even using there own tray anymore. It just seems like they gave up in Moval. Wings where under done and tender had to be sent back because they were under cooked
The restaurant had a sign when you walk in the door stating they were out of some menu items and were offering a limited menu only (red flag #1). We sit down and had to wait 10 minutes to be greeted by a waitress to get our drink order (red flag #2). The restaurant was dirty and gross (red flag #3). Our nachos came out cold and the wings tasted like they had been cooked an hour ago and kept warm under a heat lamp (red flag #4). Do yourself a favor and walk out at the first sign …. We should have.
Received 10 traditional wings instead of my 15 and my large fries was a small. Also one of the workers was smoking inside the restaurant. Unacceptable service all around. One of the worse if not the worse Buffalo Wild Wings I have been to.
No, terrible service and wait was too long. Chicken wings were dry and salty.
