It was good but my moms food was cold and they mess up her order that’s never happened before
My dad loves this places and comes here often. Usually when I go with him we have a very pleasant experience. But this last time a friend and I went, it was anything but. The hostess attempted to seat us in the back of the restaurant, it was very cold since it was 1st thing in the morning. My friend asked to be seated somewhere else and the hostess got an attitude. We were seated at a booth and the hostess just dropped the menu's on the table and just walked away. Didn't say have a good morning, your server will be with you in a moment, just not a word. The server who waited on us was awesome! But every now and again I would look up and catch the hostess just giving us a look that didn't feel very welcoming. I hope to have a better greeting the next time I visit.
Our first visit, and we don't have high expectations but it is unlikely we will return. Service was just ok, my drink sat empty for a long time before it was refilled. No one checked on us or let us know the status of our order. It was 40 minutes from sitting down to getting our food, which is not reasonable at all, especially if no one has checked on us. We actually began discussion of just cancelling our food and leaving but that's when our food came out. My albondigas soup was just slightly above warm. It was a bigger portion than I expected and had good flavor but I wish it had been hot. My salad was huge, again a pleasant surprise, and well prepared. I had to ask several times for the bread that is supposed to come with it, and finally ended up asking for it to go. My daughter's food arrived incomplete so she had to wait for the rest of it, but she said it was very tasty. She had chicken tenders and fries. The drinks were very big, a huge plus. The server apologized for the kitchen, which I don't particularly care for, it feels like passing the buck. They were busy and I understand that, it's the lack of service we received that makes my rating not a high one.
This was an outstanding place to eat!!! Eggs perfectly done. Hash browns like they should be cooked and tasted great and pancakes that came HOT to your table. Excellent menu and American as well as Mexican cuisine. Every plate was inviting.Erika was our server and she was professional and efficient. Our coffee cups were full and she checked on us often. Very nice person. Already planning our next trip. Yum....thank you Erika!

Food took over 45 minutes to get to us. We understand it was a Sunday morning. But when everyone who was seated after you was eating and in a few cases gone and the next table of people their AND eating before we got our food. Not to mention the food was barely warm. Not thinking of going back any time soon, or at all.
Brandon's has great food. If you can get there early on weekends for breakfast before 9am. Otherwise you will have a wait for a table. I had the mixed berry crepes so goood.
Came here for Sunday morning breakfast before a hike and I must say the service and speed of the waitresses is amazing. Service with a smile goes far here.I ordered an omelette with pancakes and was not disappointed.
Extremely great service! Menu has changed a bit, at least the look of the physical menu, but everything seem pretty much the same. They did take away the Daily Special Menu, at least what i could see, but it might still be there. Probably would have to ask ypur server just in case, but it seems gone to me.There breakfast options are amazing! The Belgium Ice Cream waffle is really great, I especially love the option of making it a combo, for only $2 extra. It's a bit pricey for the food, but really well worth it ?? ? Cost per person is about $10-15Bathrooms are super clean and smell great, specially the women's bathroom ? haven't heard anything about the men's bathroom. I don't think they have family/gender neutral style bathrooms, just the 2 gender bathroom.Really great experience the last 5 times I've gone with my mom and I love coming. We are still exploring the menu, but breakfast is just our favorite. Breakfast is served all day which is great too ?
The restaurant is usually very clean. Our server was ok, after she delivered our check, we never saw her again. I had to go up to the register to ask for a to-go container & cup, had to wait awhile there until someone acknowledge me. She stated she would bring to my table, waited another 10mins, and to get up again to remind her. Usually we have good service here, but of day I guess.
