1st off the hostess was very rude. When she sat us at our table we mentioned the table was wet and she just Told us they just wiped it then kind of smirked to herself and walked away. Someone in my party ordered the brisket Burger And it was 50% fat at least. I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich and it taste like it was cooked in old oil ,my chicken was very tough tough. You would expect for the price you pay for this place you would get some decent food. They did remedy the bill but this isn't the 1st time I've had a problem with sub par food from this place
We got here at 7pm with a party of 8 and there was a empty table that perfectly fit all of us. I asked the manager if we could sit there she said no sorry we have a party coming but the party never came I went to ask again and she said no with an attitude clearly the manager was a having a bad day Makisha didn’t want anything to do with customer service. Regardless of having a bad day or an attitude I don’t think especially a manager named “Makisha” should be in this type of environment customers always come first! Also we order drinks they didn’t come out till we finished our food! I wouldn’t recommend coming to this BJS the one in Moreno! We ended up leaving around 9:30 the party never came & they ended up sitting a party of 6 instead of our party! Don’t come here if you want to have a great time with family and friends!
Out server was great, that’s why I gave 2 stars. However, the girls in the front are a different story. I walked in and was waiting to check in when another customer walks up and gets checked in before me and I was clearly standing in front of him. I felt ignored and not welcomed at all. The front needs to work on their customer experience, they are terrible….they need to do better and make people feel welcomed and not ignored
The bar was open with a full restaurant menu. The restaurant was closed. The booths are a bit small for a full figure gal like myself but I made it worked. I ordered a bacon brisket cheeseburger with fries. The sandwich was made perfect. My partner ordered the same sandwich combo and his sandwich came out pink. It was supposed to be will done. He ate it even though it was not cooked how he wanted it. The wait staff was incredible! She was attentive and regularly check on our drinks. The music was loud but that is what a bar is supposed to be like. The noise was a personal preference. I'd rather it be a bit calmer. Overall, satisfied with the experience and would come again.
The hostess quickly seated us and our server took our orders. Our meal was delivered to our table and it was deliciously prepared, hot and flavorful. It was a great dining experience.

The wait time was excessive even though that had empty tables. we were told it was because they were short on staff. We ended up taking a table in the bar area instead of waiting. The server was excellent. It seemed to take a while to get the food but everything we ordered was really good. They have a great selection of beer and it was cold and tasty! I thought it was reasonably priced, as well.
We had a big party with us and we had one amazing waitress named Ashley that really went above and beyond for us all. It was my 1st time here and she made it a completely enjoyable experience! I would most definitely go back again! Thank you Ashley =)
Food was delicious. I had the avocado rolls. They were a lot bigger than the other BJ's restaurant that I often go to in Palmdale, CA but just as delicious.I ate lunch in a party of 16 and everyone said they enjoyed their food. Staff was helpful and patient.
ahi poke tacos and ahi tuna salad. tuna cooked just right on salad and worth the price
