Horrible!!! I went to Applebee's this past week and from the time I walked in the girl at the front counter was acting like she didn't want to be there and said it was an hour wait, with 10 empty tables available in our face. Me and my party decided to sit at the bar and were served juice as a premium alcoholic beverage. We had to send 4 drinks back, because they were so weak. Our waitress was cool and she tried her best to service 10 tables by herself, since 1/2 the staff called off the same day. Our food came out cold and was made very poorly. Never again Applebee's! I don't care if you bring the $1 of the month drinks back. I'll go somewhere else with good food, alcoholic drinks you can actually taste, and pay full price. It'll be worth it!
Best service ever. I only had to wait 20 minutes. My waiter was Daniel G.He was nice, talkative, a cool guy he didnt even want a tip even though he deserved one but he finally gave in and toke it.This is a good place to go to especially the employees are nice none of them were rude or carried a attitude.
It was fine! Fine! I don't know what John Oliver is on about, when he rags Applebee's on Last Week Tonight
The plate that I bought for me was the chicken with shrimp plate. When they first brought it I looked at it and it did not look nothing like the pict in the menu they gave me 5 small shrimp and the chicken was hard and no taste at all I brought it to give it to my dogs. My son order ribs and a plate with shrimp and french fries the ribs where good but when they brought the plate with shrimp and fries the shrimp was tasteless it taste it like they got it from a freezer bag. It was my son's birthday and I wanted to treat him and my grandchildren to something special it was not to say the least never ever going back ah and they also charged me an arm and a legI do not recommend it at all
We went here for drinks after having a terrible time at another restaurant. We've been to Applebee's before (who hasnt) but at this location specifically, both Eric and Nick stand out as amazing staff. They made our night.Definitely have a good work culture here and love to see people spreading happiness.10/5 stars for the service and experience.Great food, even greater team, keep it up.We'll be here again for sure!
For the real person, this place is great. Friendly service, really good food. The kitchen staff produces mouth-watering food, really good. Check this place out, you'll enjoy it.
Service was good but they have cheated us a couple of times in amount of food. They only gave 7 wings per order when we were getting half off but when we went the following day with friends to the Glendora Applebee's, they served the right amount. I'd rather drive to a different Applebee's than this one.
Service was good, Sat in the bar just had Appetizers & Drinks. The bartender really new how to make the drinks which was nice. We like coming here as staff is friendly & its clean.
Kind of a long wait as they had many tables empty, but right now that did not bother me. I would rather wait a little while then to be sat right next to each other while this covid is spreading so fast, but don't want to stop living and going out and doing this as long as everyone is doing their part and as far as I'm concerned, Applebee's is doing it right
Service and food was good. Refills on beverages was a tad off compared to other visits, I've had better service on other occasions. Staff were chatting among each other and with, who seemed to be, employees off the clock or maybe just friends of many of the servers, which led to a hard time to get the attention of a server when needed. I don't enjoy my food as much as I do after getting up and this is was necessary for me to obtain the rest of my order. I understand every visit may not be a five star visit, this was one of them, but I appreciate that it didn't go below a four star rating experience.
