5.14.22 - I stopped by just before closing on a Saturday night. The restaurants close early in this area. The food was still delicious and tasted fresh. I got 2 scoops for $13.50. I let Silvia (cashier) add all the toppings because I'd never eaten here before but I love Asian food. This meal did not disappoint. It was worth every penny.
On Saturday 12-4, my wife and I were in about 4pm for food. We usually love this place, but today it was dirty, all over, and all the boothes had dirty tables. The food server used a gloved hand to pull food instead of utensils. A young man with long hair looked unkempt and had no hair net on, a strand of his long black hair was on the side of my bowl......some of the food like cucumbers looked old....just an overall bad experience.....if they would answer the phone I would have liked to have spoken to the manager about it.
Food is always good! Hubby and I enjoy our food every time. Although my last visit on 12/3/21 my salmon was a little crispy...
I've never had poke but this place got me hooked. I love it food is delicious.
The servers were very polite, however the SEAWEED noodles ?, SEAWEED salad,,and Pickeled Ginger were all 3 tainted with Germ Sanitizer...unmistakably...They had to pull these items off the counter...more than likely an ? upset worker.did this...I have discovered similar issues at many different Starbucks...it's a sad ? world we live in when employees or managers sink to such levels
Food is delicious. Customer service is horrible. Once the owner cleans house and gets a more responsible staff the revenue will increase because someone will be able to answer the phone and receive more pickup orders. Walked inside and called them while waiting in line and you could hear the phone ringing and the 4 employees working shift were oblivious with no care to answer the phone...
Love! My favorite are almon and unagi grilled and hand rolls with crab or avocado. sides are fresh. Has military discount which we appreciate. Good customer service. Clean. If its busy there can be a wait.
I would not recommend ever ordering online. No matter what the time it tells you to pick up your order, they will not make it until you arrive. I had the pleasure of waiting in line and then waiting an additional 25 minutes while watching 4 customers behind me order and receive their food before mine was completed 35 minutes AFTER the time the order was "Ready". Then I got attitude from the workers for being upset that my online order was not even taken off the printer until I arrived. I watched her take it off. There were other people waiting for their online orders in front of me. I didn't even get to eat my lunch, as I spent my entire lunch hour waiting for the food I had already paid for.
If you order online they will not start making it until you get there and every person in line will be served 1st.
