Found Sharp Plastic Bits! On both of our normal and boba drinks. Please check your equipments. This is scary.the staff members were understanding and said would look into this. hopefully this gets fixed, and is just a one time thing
This is one of my favorite ways to treat myself! I have celiac disease (which, on a practical level, is kind of like having a severe gluten allergy) and I’ve been assured many times that this place is safe for me, and that they don’t even have any gluten-containing ingredients in their store.My favorites are the STRAWBERRY MADNESS green tea (light caffeine) and the TARO MILK tea (no caffeine). Don’t forget the honey boba! So good.Sometimes they run out of honey boba though, so check with them as you order to make sure they still have it in stock. Or be sure to come earlier in the day.
The boba tea was fantastic and reasonably priced with a lot of fruit and boba. The staff was friendly. No masks worn though. The mango drink however, was pretty terrible and imo should be removed from the menu. They should stick with the tea.Parking on the street. Large space with indoor areas to drink and the door was open for ventilation.

The place is pretty spacious. The menu is really small and limited compared to other boba places I've been to in other cities. I wish they had more to choose from. The music is fun but a little too loud when ordering. We ordered 7 drinks and upon receiving them asked for a cup holder or bag. They did not have anything. The girl who took my order was not helpful. It took another person to offer us a makeshift holder so we wouldn't have to hold all 7 drinks individually. Overall not good but not bad so just an average boba place.
Cute place to get some boba and enjoy the walk on Monterey Bay! I tried the California journey with boba and it tasted great as a non dairy tea option however the fruit jellies were sometimes to big to come through the straw. The caramel milk tea tasted good as well!
I'm sad. I ordered a bunch. And then i was given an incomplete order. And the milk teas doesn't have labels. So we ended up guessing which is which.
Drinks were great. Though their menu isn't big, there are great options for variations. It took a while for them to take our order. Once another employee came on, our order was taken promptly and made very quickly.
Me and my friend ordered pickup for a chunky monkey and strawberry madness. When we arrived they said they were all out of everything except the teas. In the middle of the day! We didn’t even bother ordering something else for him. When I took the first sip of my drink it had no flavor, super watered down, and was super bitter. Bobalicious and bites is for sure better then TZone.
Terrible customer service and very sad to see what was a good store have all most 2 months of bad reviews. So bad in so many levels. Read the reviews and go elsewhere. I guess we will try bobalicious and bites from now on.
