I really liked the atmosphere. It's pretty much just a pub, but on Cannery Row, it's a nice escape. Decent selection of brews, a nice offering of cocktails, including a real Dark & Stormy. I only had the pretzel bites, which I enjoyed, but the menu had something for everyone. Definitely worth a visit if you're in a pub mood. The service was good as well. Never felt smothered or neglected.
Great food to go along with the great environment. Drinks are excellent as well. The best part about this place is the staff. They're AWESOME !!! Our server Nick was the best !!! He had all of us busting up laughing at our table with his comments. Such a wonderful and delightful person. We didn't wanna leave, but we had to get back over to the beach for my son's wedding. Thanks again, Nick !!!
The service is outstanding! A great venue for food and music. With three areas to choose from. I enjoyed.the front bar where I played pool. I also stopped by the heated outdoor patio and checked out the band. Food and drinks were quick and yummy.
Excellent location, nice atmosphere and good service. Nice outside sitting. The Fish and fries were very good but the hamburger was a little dry and the side fries dish was too small. We ordered two cocktails that hardly had any alcohol.
The food is delicious. The drinks are fantastic. The staff and environment are terrific. We arrived as patrons and left as family. Matt, Nika, Lolo, Lane, the manager, and owner are absolutely awesome. We cannot wait to visit again!Such a fabulous night we had because of those mentioned above.-The A Team (Amber and Abby)
OMG! The fish & chips were amazing! I have not found another place that even comes close while on this trip! I was here on day 2, now I'm on day 9 (and 2+ hours away) of a 12 day trip and I have given up my quest and The Salty Seal shall remain THE 1st place I go next time I am in town. Dined here on a Friday night when they had a live band and the band itself wasn't bad but the lead singer was awful. I had the Mahi Mahi tacos which were super fishy and my son had a burger and fries. The fries were good, but he said fast food burgers are better. Wouldn't recommend.

Tumbled upon this place when I went to canary row on MTK weekend, it qas bigger than it looked from the outside, nice drink. They had live music and a patio in the back. Good experience.
Found this spot accidently & turned out to be the best place we ate in town during our whole trip. Our waiter was super nice, the fish & chips were the best we've ever had & that day's chicken sandwich special was excellent. This will be our first stop next time we're in town.
