I give it 5/5 not because it is outstanding food but because it tasted fresh, was priced well, and tasted good. You can not walk put of here and say it was not a good meal.
I was confused about this place and not impressed by the food. Claims to be Mexican however I believe it’s more along the lines of Central American food. No refried beans, only whole black beans that I’m sure came from a Goya can. Asked for cilantro and onion and was told they don’t serve cilantro and onion. Sauce from enchiladas was sour and they don’t carry tapatio or any spicy chile sauce. They don’t take pride in their food. I’m not about hurting a business but this place needs to turn it around.
God blessed this man to cook and he did just that. An amazingly run restaurant with great tasting food. If you’re ever in the area do yourself a favor and come here. Would recommend the tostadas.
Flour tacos. El pastor had no good typical flavors. Not sweet or Spicey. Tasted like old meat. No cilantro. Bad salsa, just like chopped up tomatoes and onions. No jalapeños. Terrible chicken taco no flavor in the meat also old taste with just cabbage. Really?
Delicious tacos and enchiladas! Quick service and reasonable prices. Highly recommend!
Good service.
Great food and very nice staff. Even if you don't like Mexican food, this is a place you must have tried.
Deep flavorful, very delicious Mexican food. The man, who was cooking put his heart into my tacos. I took the food out and it was really nicely wrapped with paper, fully sustainable! can only recommend this place, especially given how hard it is to find a nice place to eat during Saturday rush hour.
My girlfriend and I only go to TAQUERIA DEL MAR when we're craving Mexican cuisine. The service and food is always good, and the price is just right.
The #84 is amazing. Will absolutely return when we're next in town
