I made a order got back to my office and realized I had an open bag of chips. I tried calling and the phone just rang and rang and rang. I work in the customer service field and I know how it can be at times but out of all the times I've been in a subway I've never heard their phone ring so I feel someone should be able to answer but I guess not. And in my office the phone rings non-stop and we get frowned upon if no one answers the phone
So awful service today after ordering new foot long size spicy Italian on garlic bread. She put whole bunch of cheese on it and when I asked to not put cheese she offended the customer. I was almost got fight with rudeness woman who works there pretending like so freaking busy. Customers need to wait for about 10 minutes before even can order the sandwich.

I had to keep repeating myself to one of the employees there I must've said wheat like 3 times and she kept thinking I was saying white! WHEAT!!!!
