Always stop here on the way to my dad's in PG. They are always super friendly. Definitely will be back of course.
if you want coffee don’t go here. you will either get a cup of ice with 1 ounce of coffee or what tastes like milk with sugar in it. i’ve never got a good one from this location, now i go to the starbucks in pacific grove. this place hires new people constantly so the drinks are never consistent
Went last night and the girl from Florida had the best customer service I've ever had in my 15 yrs of starbucks. She told me a joke about my affogato drink. Thanks for your customer service florida.....
It said they were open but when we got the to door the manager said they were closing early due to a lack of customers so we had to go somewhere else.

Every time I go to this Starbucks location my drink order is consistently wrong and the window emoyees have attitudes. Also there's two entrances to the drive through from Lighthouse Ave and Hawthorne Street. People get mean trying to get their coffee and cut in the car line. It doesn't matter what time or what day. I HATE this Starbucks location for customer service!!! I drive out of my way to get Starbucks at the Del Monte location near the Naval Post graduate School instead where there is no drama or altercations and they get my order right!
they always get drinks wrong, the other locations in this area are so much better. the shaken espressos are like flavored milk
Drinks are good. It's Starbucks. The baristas are nice. The music is very loud, which makes it hard to work (even with earphones on) or have a conversation with someone. The temperature inside is a little cold, so I always have to have long pants and a sweatshirt on when I plan to stay there to work. They do not have outlets in their outdoor seating, so if you are forced to go inside to charge computers and phones. The bathroom was dirty. There is limited parking. It can be hard to find a parking place. I would have given it 4 stars, but one star was taken off for the environment (loud music, lack of parking, and cold environment).
