They were very busy. Folks were taking the wrong orders and lots of iced orders, so the hot ones were forgotten. We waited a long time for a delicious cafe latte. The hot food came up very quickly relative to the coffee drinks.

Very sweet and great baristas! The cashier was wonderful and super nice when I went in. Overall pretty clean and a decent sized seating area for being in a mall.They have restrooms as well as indoor and outdoor seating.
It’s hard to give them anything other than a one star when they’re closed Friday morning at 8 AM.
The person who took my order made me repeat my order like 3 or 4 times and still didn't get it completely correct. Not once did she repeat it to me. They did however give me the incorrect item for free and fixed my order.
Great Starbucks with a phenomenal staff. The parking is a bit tight and limited from Del Monte Ave and it also shares the spaces with some apartments, an urgent care, and a few other businesses. The exit from the drive through back to Del Monte is a bit tight and depending on traffic do not expect to make a left turn to quickly.This location opens at 0500 and is never late to open.
This is my 2nd favorite Starbucks in the Monterey area. Fantastic service and spot on drinks.
I have no complaints. I used the mobile app to order ahead and my order was ready once I got to this location. My coffee tasted delicious!It was packed when I got there and the employees definitely looked like they are trying their best to keep up with the demand.I definitely will be stopping here again in the future.
The women who took my order was probably the rudest barista ever, I think her name was makayla or something. She also gave me the wrong pastry and it wasn’t even busy.
I was in town a few days for work One of the nices, no complaints maybe one...stop being so nice...lol
