One of my favorite spots in Monterey. The menu has a great variety, even for lunch, and the food is consistently delicious. By far the best views with tables outside.
This was a phenomenal experience. I made a 7:45pm dinner reservation here to celebrate my bfâs birthday. I requested a nice sunset view outside and made a note of my bfâs bday. We had perfect seating overlooking the water, right by the heat lamp so it never got cold. The service, ambiance, and food were outstanding. We got a seafood tower, drinks, wagyu, and seafood pasta. Everything was so fresh!! It was the best wagyu and pasta Iâve ever tasted. The server knew we were full, so she packed my bfâs bday dessert to go. I would 100000% dine here again!!
Amazing seats right next to water. Although tables were full the patrons were quiet. Service great.

Hostess and waitress were very warm and sweet. They helped us with our gift card and made our anniversary dinner stress free.
We celebrated our 30th anniversary at Schooners, and it could not have been more perfect! I asked for a table on the water and we got just that. The ribs appetizer was amazing, as was the warm cookie and ice cream for dessert. Masha was an attentive and thoughtful server, and even brought us complimentary champagne at the end of our meal. It was a very, very special event!
Not a great experience. We reserved a table outside and confirmed this on check in but was still seated inside. Windows by the table were also dirty. Crab blt was drowned in mayo. The one bright spot was the kids meals were good.
Great food, service and value. The view cannot be beat! Would go again at every opportunity.
