Decent service from staff, but the food is less than mid tier. Pizza is passable. I paid extra for marinara sauce and received a fridge temperature plastic cup of essentially tomato paste. The Cheesy Breadsticks are literally a personal sized plain pizza with no sauce that's cut into strips, and for some reason rolled into aluminum foil like a burrito. I'm confused.

Pizza is cheap. It would be three stars otherwise. I really like the crust, but not enough sauce throughout most of the pizza. Cheese’s is OK but not much flavor. I got the combination and that made it pretty tasty.

Visiting Monterey. Didn't want to have to wait at a place. Right around the corner from our hotel and could order ahead. Pizza is well above average and at a reasonable price especially if you use their readily available coupons. Definitely a pick-up and take with you place. The wings were great. Actual meat you eat off a bone like other places. On my list when back in town.

Best pizza place in the area. Quality is way higher than the low price. Employees are nice if you're nice, cuz they're human.Great pizza, great place, great people. 9/10

My favorite place to get pizza ever. Great staff and service. Clean place. We had them for our grooms supper for our wedding and got so many compliments!

The owner makes a fine pizza pie. Good crust like this is hard to come by. The young man working the counter is not only courteous and efficient but caring and cheerful. We were visiting from out of town and am really glad that the staff at a local shop pointed us to Pelican! We ordered 4 slices and they made us a fresh hot pizza instead of slinging some warmed over thing from earlier in the day.

Very good pizza! I tried to get a picture of the whole pizza but after I opened the box all heck broke loose with a hungry family.

We bought a couple slices of pepperoni pizza ?. Service was quick. Pizza was tasty but crust was a little crunchier than my preference. Overall I would definitely be back and they are open late.

friendly staff, and really underrated pizza.Delicious.. cannot pass this place without stopping in for a slice. They used to be in Marina in the 80's..The best ...

Good thin crust pizza. Dine in area was small, canned sodas for drinks. Sold pizza slices though so that was cool.
