10/10, I’ve been coming here for years and this I’d always my favorite place for some curry? It’s takeout only now but I’m okay with that since I got to enjoy it with a view. I don’t live too close but I always make sure to stop by when I’m in the area.
Love this place! Love their bento boxes especially their Tonkatsu Pork and Chicken Teriyaki! Portions are perfect for me since I love varieties of meat, veggies, rice, salad and soup! I just wish they would open dining in again and since they have outdoor seating at least that. Right now it's to go only due to unknown reason.
There’s no dine in. We went there and it’s only take out. Business should update this on Google Maps so we don’t waste our time
We are in Monterey for the week and were looking for no-frills sushi since we are traveling with an infant. Ocean Sushi Deli popped up on our search and we are so glad it did. The staff was so friendly and the food was good! The prices were reasonable as well. We are already thinking about going back again before the end of the week.
Average quality. Think: fast food sushi. Whole Foods is probably better, fresher, and cheaper. Miso soup had carrots and zucchini... that's a first for me.
Stopped in for a take-out order. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. Will be back to try more items off their extensive menu.

One of the best sushi/Japanese spots I've ever been to. Their menu is huge and they sell onigiri, delicious yellowtail rolls, takoyaki, so many things that most other sushi places don't have at all. I went here almost every day during my trip. I miss you!!!!
The staff is very friendly. I walked in with my two young children to order. After placing our order the employee said it would be about 15 mins for our order to be ready. We talked down the street to Trader Joe’s and bought some JOJO cookies for desert. Walked back up to OCEAN SUSHI DELI and our food was ready. We took our sushi down to Cannery Row and enjoyed it right before heading into the Aquarium. There is no seating inside the Deli at this time so everything is take out.
