Fantastic food and service !!

Noise level was loud because of two men that were drunk - people actually asked to be moved - staff should have said something to them - in my opinion

Fun time at Montrio. They have decided to shorten menu and go a little more upscale (posh). Lorena was wonderful. Very attentive and friendly. A+. Food was excellent. Prices at the upper end. Can walk from hotel. Overall, very enjoyable evening.

wonderful food, amazing ambiance. Spectacular service

Très bon repas assorti d’un bon vin local. Peut-être aurions-nous préféré être dedans (nous n’avions pas demandé í être dehors) les soirées sont fraí®ches í Monterey

Fine cuisine, well seasoned and cooked dishes, served warm and in a timely manner with a respect for each dish. No undue delay in being served each dish.

Montrio has reinvented itself and results are simply outstanding! I have been a few times recently and each experience has been a pure delight. The quality and presentation of the food is some of the absolute best you will in the area, and all aspects of the service on equally on par. Bar and wine selections are terrific and varied- creative fresh ideas! I highly recommend Montrio, it is truly one of the absolute best restaurants on the Monterey Peninsula!

Oysters absolutely fantastic, also the fish. Nice, comfy and stylish interior.

The food preparation and taste was poor for such exorbitant prices Presentation was good Service was excellent

Been coming here for years but it’s not progressing regarding the food. Staff is nice, good drinks and wine list. The short ribs entree is nothing better than what you can buy at Trader Joe’s for $9. The pork chop was tough and not that flavorful. French onion soup for an appetizer is good but very large. Stone fruit salad with burrata is okay. Sadly I don’t see this as a destination restaurant anymore.
