What a view of the scenery and the food. Presentation of the food was good but the food was great and delicious, just perfect amount and seasoning.But the overall service was not good. The waitress was very pleasant and friendly in the beginning but did not come back to check up us at all. I had to go to the host to ask for our waitress to bring for more dressing for my salad. Once she did, she just hand over the dressing and try to leave without asking if everything was okay or not. We had to ask for more water while she was leaving.
Seated before reservation, ocean view, moderate selection options of wine, good recommendation from server, great food, good service, and would come again!
This place was good. We had about a 15 minute wait, which we were totally fine with. Our waiter was amazing,he was super helpful and kind. For starters we had the fried artichoke and mozzarella cakes. And it was amazing, I would literally just come back for the mozzarella cakes alone. The artichokes were good but I wish it was a bit bigger, i also kept getting shrimp. Then I had the Artichoke Farfalle, it was okay. I wanted a lot more flavor than what I was getting. But it was still good. Then my friends had the grilled chicken club, Monterey rock cod tacos, and the fisherman’s platter.
Our waitress Brittany was so kind and couldnât do enough for us. They brought up one of our kids pizzas before the starters but this was sorted. Nice place to go last minute on the row.
Good dishes ,nice and varied kids menu options, friendly and attentive service. The view is great,we were seated in the heated balcony. Sea gals were literally flying over our heads. Reason for 4 stars is : kids veggies were very greasy and no tooth pics. A 30Dollar dish restaurant should have them I think.
Great food and a great view! I've been here twice (once when it was busy and once when it was mellow) and both times did not disappoint! The service was amazing and attentive; the staff made me feel very welcome. The food and drinks were both so good (I always order seafood when at the coast), and the view of the ocean was the cherry on top! The second time I came was for my birthday and they surprised me with a cute little dessert (with a candle)! I highly recommend Louie's!
Like a Red Lobster that has gone downhill
We had a nice dinner. We were able to secure a table on the balcony. Great sights and sounds while enjoying a lovely meal. Service was spot on. Will certainly eat here again.
We love Louieâs however this week we are there 2x and our servers were not as up to par as our previous experiences including not checking on us forgetting items and also completely getting order wrongâ¦. On both days we had the same busser Iziah (not sure on spelling) and Isiah was very attentive friendly and came thru with correcting all mistakes or forgotten items by our servers as well as being friendly and polite⦠in my opinion Iziah needs to be a server asap as he provided the service of a server
Food quality was below anything we've tried in the last few years. One fish dish was completely bland and the other was too salty. Definitely not worth the money.
