Completely incompetent and utterly disrespectful of their customers.It was 10pm. All I wanted was some curly fries. After a 15 minute wait in the slowest drive-through line of all time, I pull up to the intercom, only to have a barely-intelligible mumbling voice inform me that they AREN'T ACCEPTING ANY ORDERS for the rest of the night and are DOORDASH ONLY. This is FIVE HOURS before their listed closing time. Are you kidding me??I will absolutely not return to this godawful location ever again, and I live like 5 minutes away. What a joke.
Staffed by the slowest humans on planet earth. I literally sat in a drive thru line of only 5 cars and it didn't move an inch for TEN MINUTES.I got so fed up that I went inside only to be told that they weren't even taking indoor orders and the drive thru was the only option. Hello??? How does it take this long to flip a couple of mediocre burgers?Abandon hope all ye who enter here.
I don’t know what’s going on but I waited 40 minutes in line with only one car ahead of me and they were still waiting on more food. I gave up because that’s a ridiculous amount of time to wait with only *one* car ahead of me
Ordered 2 combos, neither were correct, neither had butter sauce. If you want a dry day old burger by all means go here.
Says they open at 6, sat in drive thru until 6:10 with no response and had to leave so I wasn't late for work. as I'm leaving see someone running across the street to come to work. Very unprofessional. Now I don't get breakfast because someone was tardy.Edit** tried again this morning 3/9 and sat in the driveway for another 10 mins at 6:30 ish. As I'm driving out the employees are walking in. Either update your opening time, or you really need to get some better reliable help. Extremely unprofessional. And they wonder why everyone talks smack about fast food workers.
Very upset because my order was missing items that I paid for... Taco add tomatoes and fanta orange soda tasted flat and watery. I had jury duty and wanted to grab something quick.....unfortunately, I made a bad choice.

Ordered delivery, they left out the entirety of my Munchie Meal, not the first problem I've had with this location. They're hiring from the bottom of the barrel there.
I honestly haven’t eaten at Jack in the Box in YEARS!!! To my surprise the burger ? was simply delicious for being fast food. Both the French fry’s and curly fries were hot and crispy. There was a small wait but it wasn’t very long. Keep up the great work ??
