Attended a conference at this property. Seems like a great one facing golf course. Ample amount of free parking with Tesla destination chargers. Audio/Video in the ball room was not the best quality, I have seen far superior ones in conferences. It could be because conference organizers didn’t hire the best AV guys.Food served in the conference was of good quality.
The hotels atmosphere is nice. The front desk was not very informative. The rooms are nice, but I did find a stain on my pillow. The golf course view is beautiful. They have chairs to sit and enjoy the view outside the balcony or patio. There was a used coffee cup that was not clean up. Room service meals where disgusting. The hotels images online show delicious room service food. We ordered the pizza and salad. The food was cafeteria frozen low quality food. The pizza was $20 something dollars plus $4 for delivery to your room. We did not eat it and stayed hungry instead.
After a terrible experience at motel 6, we went here and I’m so happy we did. When we got here, the we helped by very friendly people. The room was beautiful, clean and up to date. It seems like most stuff closes early, so we ended up eating at the restaurant. At first it was no doubt pricey, food ended up being excellent and worth the $$$$. We ended the night using the warm hot tub and left here with a smile on our faces. Will recommend!
Great location for the nearby attractions. Rooms very much in good standing for a Hyatt Regency, although a 'Golf Course' view is significantly better than the 'Parking Lot' view. On-site activities and amenities are much more tuned to adults than to kids; they have an excellent gym, a darn good happy hour at the bar, and (obviously) a golf course. Easy access to the local freeway, self-parking with easy in and out, about one mile or so to the beach.
I’ve stayed in some questionable places, and this is definitely not one of them. This room was the definition of cleanliness and comfort. The desk staff was efficient and friendly. They put us on the ground floor so we didn’t have to lug our infants stroller upstairs, which was a big help. Plenty of parking, and the resort felt safe.
Beautiful and cozy hotel with modern designs and very caring staff. The place was clean and had an amazing restaurant on site with delicious breakfast buffet and dining options. Great cafe on site serving hot coffee and tea. Definitely will go back and recommend to friends and family.

Very tranquil. Very pleasant stay.Due to covid. They don't do daily housekeeping. You have to request for it. I requested for shampoo and stuff and they delivery to you. Have to be quite specific, they sent some wrong items because I was not specific enough. But over I LOVED my stay.
We are very disappointed in the food offerings at this hotel. Its just so difficult to get anything decent. Whoever is a Food And Beverage Director here needs to be replaced. We are globalists and we stay in Hyatt hotels all the time…. This one is the worst when it comes to food. The room service menu is very limited. If you want to make simple adjustments, they can not accomodate. Plus, they were out of three items I wanted to order. I wanted to order from the restaurant but you can not call and order to-go. Why not? Its ridiculous. So, if you want a meal from the restaurant, you have to go to the bar and wait there amongst the crowd. You can not order to-go from the hostess, only from the bar. We did this last night and they didn’t let us order a meal for our kid at the bar. Why not? So you cant order on the phone, you gotta come to the restaurant, but you can’t order from the restaurant, you gotta order from the bar where you can not get a kids meal. I mean, how difficult simpls things have to be??? Who thought of this system? So stupid and non sensicle. Another complaint, as globalists we are supposed to get an upgrade but as many times as we stayed here, we always get a normal room. No perks whatsoever. I wonder if its even worth the trouble mentioning it. Two stars because beds are comfortable and room is clean.
