A fully vegan Mexican Restaurant! WOW it didn’t disappoint, seemed like a family run restaurant. Such a large variety of food, we were absolutely spoilt for choice, highly recommend eating here. We had nachos (Plenty to Share) Potato tacos, Steak Tacos, Fish Baja style taco and a mushroom taco. Highly recommend visiting!
Excellent vegan food! My son and I both agree it deserves 5 stars. My father? The food is 5 stars but they don't serve beer, so 4 stars! ? It is all vegan which is awesome! Just have navigate gluten free versus gluten options. They advertise themselves as vegan Mexican and they have a Oaxacan spin! We ordered the mole negros, empanadas and memelitas with black beans. (Basically small sopes.) Dine in is available but it definitely has a take-out vibe with a walk up window. If I lived in Monterey, I would order once a week! ??

I am so glad I was craving Mexican food. This VEGAN and ORGANIC restaurant was truly amazing. I enjoyed every bite knowing that the owners created a restaurant that embodies the Mexican food experience without the suffering of meat and dairy. And organic to boot! I ordered combo #4 exchanging the vegan fish taco for the potato taco. Will definitely be back. Thank you to the owners who care about animals and the environment.
Amazing Vegan Mexican restaurant right next to the aquarium. So many options on the menu. Food is so flavorful and colorful! The vegan Horchata is so good! I always make time to eat here when I’m in Monterey.
Mexican fast food, all vegan & very tasty. Super friendly staff and not overpriced. We enjoyed it and would come again for a quick and nice meal.
My family and I visited this while passing through Monterey and we were not disappointed!! (We even went twice!! ?). Our favourite dish on the menu was the BURRITO due to the sheer amount of food we got at a fair price. Would 100% recommend as the staff were very friendly and it had a nice atmosphere!!
I got the number 1 combo plate and everything on there was delicious. I honestly couldn't tell it was vegan, everything had so much flavor. Will definitely stop by again when we're in the area.

Was very excited to try out all Vegan Mexican restaurant, sadly highly disappointed.How messed up they can be?? it’s appalling.In California one can except authentic and super delicious Mexican food even in a food truck, let alone a restaurant.First off all we had to pay for chips and salsa!!!Secondly the food had no taste no zing no flavour.For the price and taste I feel I wasted my last evening in Carmel by the sea and money.It’s vegan that’s a plus point but hey we do get good Mexican food even in a non vegan restaurant, anywhere!Would not recommend this place.Wasted time and money and my tummy space.
