Oh my goodness!!! The best place to eat on the Old Fisherman's Wharf! Amazing staff! Our waitress, Ameron was super friendly, polite, fast service and great with my kiddos! This restaurant and ALL of its staff is super nice and kid friendly! The calamari was amazing and every single bite was piping hot! The kids LOVED the calamari! The Cold Shrimp and Crab Sandwich was a melt in your mouth wonderland of yummy tastes! Best bread bowl in ALL of Monterey! You MUST get the bread bowl!!! Best service in ALL of Monterey!!!! This is a must go to place!!!!

They lured us in with free clam chowder with purchase of certain specials. It was really good. Our waiter was excellent!! Full if personality and knows how to treat customers. The food was extremely expensive so the 2 free coronas he gave the gentleman in our party and our chowder wasn't EXACTLY free but he still didn't have to do it. I didn't love sitting an arms distance from the actual toilet.
Servings were large. Pasta dishes were delicious. Daughter ordered pasta Alfredo with shrimp, scallops, fish. Other dishes were soup, salad, spaghetti, fettuccine. Wait staff very nice and attentive. A real nice restaurant.

We chose this location to help cook our fish we caught while deep sea fishing. After we got off our 8 hour boat excursion we went to the restaurant and say they were closed due to renovations. We asked the hostess at a restaurant next door and she said they closed pretty suddenly which was unfortunate for our situation. This is probably a rare situation but I am not sure how open table confirms these reservations to ensure the restaurant is still operating.
This restaurant is closed for renovations and should not be on open table because table are closed. We had to walk around and find another restaurant to eat at the last moment. Very upsetting
