Two girls who work here do not mix the additions into the ice cream at all. Twice I received a ball of ice cream on top of my mix ins, which were placed at the very bottom. Also a very stingy portion where the ice cream barely met the top of the cup. The employees that once worked there were fantastic. I loved leaving a tip for them as it was well deserved. These girls also had the gall to blatantly ask me for a tip! Oh well, won’t be coming here anymore.
It's great! I come here every year for my birthday and it's always been fantastic.
These guys had dark chocolate flavor ice cream to top off my peanut butter cup perfection. My local store never has that ?.
Good experience i asked for 2 flavor, and they took the moment to put it in my cup separade...

I almost cannot believe how i was treated, after asking me to pay before i got my ice cream a very weird lady said she would arm wrestle a crocodile before i was let in the store again she said my outfit was like someone threw up on it (it was only a black hoodie and grey sweats) and she said i should go back to where i came from she left out half the banana and made my waffle cone but burnt it on purpose and looked at me while she burnt it and she said finally the trash is going out when i left. I will be calling cooperation soon.
Horrible. After the manager yelled at me she proceeded to spit in my ice cream and continue making it. She after then said she was going to curse my entire bloodline and told my pregnant sister her baby would die of an illness and then dragged a roach across the floor and said she added an extra brownie in for me and charged me an extra ice cream . don’t come here.
i have no words for the ice cream and the people working there. a girl named vanessa started saying slurs in the back room thinking we wouldn’t hear it..she also talks too much and her name tag is crooked and had the audacity to say a slur about us!!! she then poorly mixed our ice creams and basically threw it to us and asked us to pay very very rudely . Absolutely atrocious
The workers are horrible or should i say worker, vanessa or vanilla whatever her name tag said was horrible she fought the roaches off before letting me into the store during the time i ordered it jumped right at me and i had to fight it off!! thank the lords i knew karate (thanks kung fu panda) and i was then greeted with a cucumber but no! in fact it was a rotting banana she put into MY ICE CREAM. i cannot believe my eyes. she then called me a slur for not wanting it??????
