If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered delivery through their website and I ordered a keto salad and when my order arrived I received a bowl of guacamole and a little bit of meat and 4 pieces of chopped romaine lettuce. That is not a salad. On top of that I ordered this to my hotel room so you would obviously think that you would bring napkins and silverware however I was not given any silverware or any napkins and everything was cold and runny and soupy and disgusting and i and inedible especially since I'm not going to eat a bowl of slop with my bare hands. I tried for over an hour to contact the store and was unable to talk to anybody personally and I also tried to go through the website to get a refund and was unable to do that as well. I will never eat through Chipotle ever again. It ruined my night
Recently I noticed that the burritos are much smaller than they used to be. They raised the price AND reduced the portion. Disappointing
I walked in and waited 5 minutes, finally I get helped I asked for a bowl and already start getting rush had to ask for brown rice 3 times bc it look like it was scooping with a table spoon. Same with beans, and chicken, giving an attitude for no reason. Even with the veggies, the bowl was half full. The restraunt was empty so I don't understand why I was getting ignored. A different employee charged me I paid for a soda, and she walked away without giving me a cup. No lemonades or sodas. Tortillas were undercooked. Rice was hard, beans tasted like they came from a can. I guess this place only stays in business from tourist that don't know any better. If you order doordash expect to wait an hour for cold food.
I ordered a bowl and they were out of brown rice. My bowl was half full and it cost me $14.00. The rice was stale. Lastly the employees were to busy joking around to make fresh food. I will never eat at Chipotle’s again. I discard the food after taking a bite
This location routinely gets orders wrong, which is particularly impressive when they do so when we are there in person.
Dude puts too much hot sauce but whatever. Everything always seems good.
Worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. Staff are extremely rude and often have an attitude and food is low quality.
Food is poor quality, often burned and they are often out of items. Had a horrible experience with staff. Was over charged. When I called to speak with the manager, I was told that I could not receive a refund.
