We got to the restaurant and had to wait about 15 minutes which was fine because it was in order of the people who came in. However, once we sat down, we waited 30 minutes for our waitress to even acknowledge us. Once we were acknowledged, things were coming out quickly so it wasn't that the kitchen was backed up. The problem lies in the fact that people who came in after us, with more people, were taken care of and even got their food before we were acknowledged. Truly disappointed in the service. The waitress said she didn't see us over here.We notified the manager Gabriel and he made sure we were taken care of. Our waitress, Andrea, consistently checked on us as well and ensured that we had great service for the remainder of our time here. The two of them made our visit pleasing and we will come again.
I honestly liked the food and the seats available were fantastic. However, we were not asked for refills and the server forgot a simple glass of ice water for my mom. The server was too expeditious when there wasn't a line nor anyone waiting to be seated. The food was great, but the server requires the training basics such as offering refills.
I had lunch BBQ chicken pizza with avacado. My son had lunch pepperoni pizza. My wife had shrimp rolls. We're all happy with the food. The service was above standard too.
The service was OK. They gave us wet plates all stacked for our food. The sangria flight was great though!
Parents were oblivious to screaming kids. Water was very attentive. I had the tequila pasta. To my personal taste was lackluster. So glad I added shrimp. I left the dried chicken behind. Husband loved his ? spagetti.
The restaurant is nice and people are friendly, but CPK's pizzas are just lame. If one is into strangely flavored pizzas, this might be his thing. Even the pizza crust and doughs are weak.I see no reason to even try their pizzas.BTW, their frozen pizzas are even worse.
The service was quite lacking that day as we were served by a young girl and she was having shift change and went home. Another person was supposed to serve us and then he never showed up after asking around they said someone will help us. No one came so we stopped a server and told him and he decided to take it upon himself to help even if we weren't in his area. After that everything else was great, food delicious and drinks tasty.
Update: I originally gave 1star based on the below experience. I received a phone call this morning from the GM and was able to let her know what transpired. I’m changing the review to 4stars based on the conversation. She was open and receptive to my feedback and let me know that they were open until 10pm, and had she approved for takeout only orders starting at 930pm. She apologized and rectified the issue with me. I was pleasantly surprised at the level of customer care from the General Manager. We’ll be back to try again before the end of this year to enjoy lunch or dinner. They will be changing their hours to close at 9pm starting Jan 2022.Closes at 9pm! We drove to CPK because the website stated that it was open until 10pm. They were only doing takeout and there wasn’t signage on the door to note the change in hours.
Great place for lunch. Love the refresh they did to the seating area.
