Very tasty and service was great. Both dry and soup noodles were very good. Shredded potatoes were just okay. Service was pretty good.
I’d like to say even I were a kid, I still felt hungry after eating one entree.
Tried their signature rice noodle and it was good.
Amazing noodles. The hot and sour noodles are so delicious.
?? (Guangxi) CHINA (via Eat the World Los Angeles) - In the city of Guilin and surrounding towns, you will find vendors and restaurants setting out different types of thinly cut meats and all the other standard ingredients of the dish that are combined after ordering. The meats depend on which vendor you choose and run the gamut, but here in Monterey Park the house special Guilin rice noodles ($9.99) have beef and pork belly. Mix it all up with the pickled vegetables, peanuts, and sauce and you have an excellent economical meal.
There was a bit of a wait for the food as the server was also the chef, but the house special rice noodles and all of its elements were fantastic. The rice noodles had a great chewy texture. The sliced beef was wonderfully marinated and aromatic. The chili crisp and flavoring oil was less spice and more smoky aroma (got the medium). The pickled green beans gave a nice refreshing lift. And the salted pork gave it an extra blast of savoriness that brought it all together. There are also lots of board games that are available to play while waiting for the food
The food was way to spicy, when I asked the chef who spoke no english to try and tell them they insisted that I was wrong. No matter what, I could not get them to remake the meal. I eventually paid and left. never eating there again.
Authentic spicy noodles. No speak english though
House special beef soup was a tad spicy but very delicious, patio is very nice and relaxing, ambiance was great
Super slow. And over charge us not based on the menu price.
