I was about to get my regular ice caffe mocha but Barista told me to try new chocolate cream cold brew… I really liked the flavor…
I ask to add a lot more fruit on my drink, 7 dragon fruit inclusions they don't do it. If you want extra money I'll pay it. Disappointment.
This is the worst Starbucks ever. The morning staff on Monday is so rude. I ordered a chai Latte with a triple shot and my drink is so white. I go inside and ask her where the triple shot is and she told me that’s how it looks with milk. I make espresso all the time so it should be darker especially with a chai. Time and time again I come and I receive the worst customer service. I reordered my drink with a quad which isn’t that far from a triple, and look at the difference.
Solid service and pleasant staff. A bit understaffed at times. But overall a good location for coffee fix!
To make it plain and simple, store hours shows it to be open at 4am. I went around 5:10am and there were 5 cars that went ahead of me and none were answered. Not sure if the employees showed up late but you were able to see them getting things ready. I didn't mind that it wasn't open but none responded to any of the customers to at least let them know if the hours were wrong or that they were running a bit late.
Thank you for birthday drink, Starbucks is consistent, crew at Redlands location is young, friendly and bi-lingual, parking is somewhat limited, best option is drive thru
Came back to get a replacement grilled cheese (the last one was not toasted and the cheese was not melted) which they were out of, the girl at the drive-thru window gave me nothing but attitude, it's a shame cuz I'm a regular at this place.
Says on website that it’s open till 11pm and went through the drive through and it was closed by 10:12pm. Not even accurate with store hours. Please fix that!
Was a great place to study, and it was a hub for students to hangout and work on assignments. However after renovations all the outlets have been covered and sitting area is not conducive for studying.
This particular store doesn't like to and refuse to serve people with mental issues! Would never go back here again. They are rude and they take so long for drive-thru orders! Go to a different Starbucks. BOYCOTT MONTEREY PARK!!
