I like the personal service, they know your order by the time you get to the register, young energetic and courteous people!Some times they go low on supplies like straw's ???
I really love the staff here no matter how busy and hard day work they still smile and treat me so respectfully every time
It seems like some of their staff are always out to lunch. Only one person bombarded with all the work, others just chilling or having conversations with people that just go there to kill time.
Sunday 7:20 pm is closed there is not any add and they supposed to closed at 10:00 pm
The guy at the counter was good at taking our order and charging us for it, but isn't good at fulfilling the order correctly.
Very clean and awesome service. The baristas are always very kind and full of energy. Although it gets busy sometimes, they always get your orders out to you as quick as they can. Definitely one of my favorite Starbucks location. :)
So I made it very clear my order was going to be long. One lady did warn me and said it will be long and I said yes don’t mind at all. Then this rude employee with the blue (female) hair was very rude and yelled it’s going to be 15 min wait which I already knew and I had told her I was told, I know I know.! Rolled her eyes and started to slammm lots stuff and was extremely rude to the lady that had her two daughter dress in costumes. Unbelievable, on top of that she is talking to a vet army. Unbelievable!
I am a frequent customer because i love the coffee in general. But unfortunately, I've experienced poor customer service with my order on more than one occasion. It's the only one nearest my work and with limited time, I opt to go there.
This is ridiculous, never have I ever been served a half a cup of coffee. Especially from Starbucks. I buy coffee from Starbucks everyday, only on the weekend from this location . Super disappointed and I will not be visiting this location again.
I ask for a ice caramel macchiato and they give me caramel frappuchino
