We had the mild spicy, mushroom, miso, and bone broth. All were good, not great. Liked the meats as they were sliced extremely thin but they only gave you a 3 to 4 slices each tray so we had to hunt down the waitress sooo many times to get more. The self serve selection was good but the appetizers were to salty and the fruits looked old/frozen and thawed --not fresh. Service was terrible. There was only one waitress. Poor thing was running around like crazy but at least she still maintained her cool. We had to get our own utensils in the cupboard, asked for hot water 5 times, use our old plates to get food from the self serve area over and over again, because no one replaced the plates and bowls during the duration of our one hour meal, no one refilled our broth or removed our dirty dishes. It was a stressful meal. Probably won't be back.
I love this place. Great service, robots, meat quality is fine, veggies/sauces and sides are well stocked. Broths are tasty (medium hot is a peppercorn numbing spice lovers dream but we usually go for the mushroom and Tom yum base)The staff is small but works SO hard and is incredibly kind. What can I say, it’s our go to hot pot spot.
We came last minute and they were still pleasantly willing to accommodate us. The staff we interacted with had good attitudes and treated us well. The manager (man with a vest) was really nice and waited for us to finish eating about 40 minutes after they had closed. He kept asking us if we wanted more meat since we came late even if we felt bad about asking for more. Overall, a decent price for AYCE hot pot but what really stood out to me was the kindness of the people working here. The only thing to note is that their mild spicy broth was incredibly spicy and not mild at all haha!
Quite possibly one of the best AYCE hotpot places i’ve been to. I had the Bone Broth and Medium Spicy Broth. Medium is not medium, it was more like hella numbing & spicy all at once. Bone broth had a light refreshing finish. Plus, robots served us so that was cool :) meat quality was decent, sauce station was abundant, veggies were fresh. All was worth the price!10/10
The ingredients are barely okay, and the soup base is very thin and tasteless. The service and environment are really terrible. There is only one waiter in the whole store, and it’s pretty hard to get her. She is like disappeared. The worst is sesame sauce, which is watery. In addition, lunch is $23.99 and dinner is $29.99. I don’t think it worth. And won’t recommend to anyone.
A really friendly price for all you can eat, the quality is not bad for this price. But also nothing special.
Served by robots , nice
Maybe it just me... But I hate the robot and eating with paper plates and cups. The food was good and spicy. Service was slow except for the robot which had lots of issues....Hard part is do you tip a robot? Extra batteries?
Really delicious, just the right amount of spice. They forgot to add rice to the order but who cares, the food is insanely delicious!
