New employees messed up our orders three times already. I totally had no idea why they kept stirring the cream cheese with the drinks, it was supposed to be separated on top right??? And to top it off, they never provided lids for cream cheese drinks.
1st time at R & B Tea, place is nice and cute with great C/S. My friends and I got the Taro Stormy with honey boba is so delicious! ? I also love the container cup for the smoothies.???
Great customer service!The mango and oolong tea are very good.They even give jump starts to your vehicle if it dies in the parking lot hehehe. You guys rock!!

It's really creamy and combines the perfect light sweetness and flavor to make an amazing drink; it has the perfect texture.This place seems like it has potential; I will definitely try it again. I want to hang out on the couch lol
So happy an R&B tea location opened up in Monterey Park! I've been to the Pasadena and Pomona location and one thing R&B does well is that they produce the same quality of drinks throughout all their locations.I stopped by on their grand opening weekend when drinks were BOGO free. The store wasn't too busy and I received my order fairly fast. I also took advantage of their daily happy hour special and bought drinks for my co-workers. Unfortunately I had a large order and it took longer than expected (sorry to the people waiting after me!), but the quality was still there, which I appreciated.I tried their Strawberry Yakult ($4.85) after a recommendation from a friend. This was really good and I was surprised how much I enjoyed it. If you like yogurt drinks, you'll love this. Slightly on the sweet/tangy side with enough strawberry flavor that mixed with the Yakult. The drink does separate when sitting by itself for awhile, so you always have to give it a shake before taking a sip.My dad went with the original classic milk tea with boba ($4.75 + $0.65). He really enjoyed this and pretty much downed it by the time he got home. Flavors were on-point and didn't taste too milky or watered down. Boba was also cooked perfectly.When I returned to order drinks during happy hour, I ended up trying the Blossom Pineapple ($5.25) - one of their recommended drinks. It was described as pineapple, passion fruit, orange tea, which sounded refreshing in the warm afternoon. I enjoyed the flavor of the drink! Could taste the pineapple and the slight tanginess of the passion fruit. I will say that I prefer the Devil's Booster still because of the grapefruit flavor.Workers here are really nice and patient. Interior of the store is nice as well with their big R&B sign with the RGB colors and cute cloud decorations hanging from the ceiling. There's a good number of tables inside the store, but most customers seem to just grab and go with their orders.tl;dr - A welcome boba shop addition to Monterey Park! Definitely check them out (especially during their Happy Hour!) - I really enjoyed all the drinks that I've tried, but I know they're known for their stormy series. Will be back soon to get more boba!
My daughter said it’s the best Thai iced tea she’s ever had, which I totally agree. Cool decor and super helpful staffs.
Taro Stormy with boba is my go to to get here Nice and Friendly atmosphere and the best Tasting Boba Hands Down!

I got the lychee green tea with aloe, and it was amazing! Perfectly balanced sweetness and flavor. ~ They’re open for dine-in. Not much seating but I love the decor. ~ Right now they have a happy hour from 2-5:30 for BOGO 50% off! There was a long wait because it was busy (5:30 on a Sunday night) and they only had two people on. But they were working really fast and were super nice. ~ @management you’ve got a great team but you need some more members !
