Have to give them only 1 star to bring their average rating down since they refused to take my order at 8:15 pm on a Wednesday evening because they said they were closed when their sign clearly stated they were open until 8:30. With restaurants shutting down all over, how arrogant of them to not want to take my business...

The service is OK, but was told that they had a Rewards Program ONLY to find out that they NO LONGER have it anymore & I don’t know why. IF THEY HAVE IT AGAIN, I will definitely go back there often.

PH was once my go-to poke spot but it has sadly seen a steady decrease in quality.Be very careful with the albacore!Recently when ordering albacore scoops the fish has come with a lingering sour, almost rancid taste. It's texture is an unappealing waxy or a stale fatty type of feel. Perhaps it hasn't been kept in the proper temperature or is just a little too old but for certain it should not be served for consumption.I strongly dislike leaving negative reviews but this issue must be resolved. Someone may become sick.
