Absolutely slow as hell, two ladies at the register just talking and took her sweet time to give me my change. Most of their conversation they were just starting at me. I was there for about 40 min waiting on one order. Food tasted like straight up butter, no flavor at all. My mom had an argument with the manager one time because she was waiting for the food for over an hour and the food was sitting in the delivery pile. Would not recommend.
Worst customer service ever. The so called supervisor on duty Ray Lene was very rude. Had the worst attitude, I asked to speak to her supervisor, she started screaming at me and told me she was the supervisor and no one could help me. I asked for my money back.I highly doubt she is a supervisor, if she is, she needs customer service retraining.First time and last time going to this place.
I went to go pick up an Uber Eats order that my daughter has purchased under her name. When I requested for food under my daughters name, one of the crew members verified that they had it but the manager came in and refusing to give it to me because I got one of them items wrong on the receipt. I offered to show them the card that we purchased the food on and she kept saying that it wasn’t the right order (because I said one item wrong). The manager was rude and needs to work on her customer service. Later on my other daughter went in and said the same name and they gave her the food. Once my daughter had the food already in her hands she then she showed them the verification code. That manager said that’s all they needed to see but what’s there to see if she already gave the food to my daughter before checking the verification? She proceeded to lecture my daughter on the situation when she was obviously in the wrong. Anyone can steal from this place if they say the right name. If I could rate this place I would rate it a -5 stars but I couldn’t since in order to rate you need to at least give them one star.
I give this food place 1 star because my food was raw the fish and chicken weren’t cooked properly. I can’t give u a 0 so I gave u a 1
Terrible service the crew barely spoke EnglishI told them that I'm allergic to dairy and they have dairy in their macaroni the girl at the cashier told me ok I'll give you extra rice and and gave me box with the rice that i didn't even asked and the same box with the macaroni and all the food together i told her i can't have the dairy with my food so the cook came from the kitchen took the box back to the kitchen and i could see him taking out the macaroni out of the box like that going to sove the problem after it's already been in contact with rest of the food.I just told him that he can keep that box to himself and lef the place.If i could put 0 stars i would put it

The place needs a deep cleanings a paint job in the rest rooms,the metal doors leading to the kitchen need a deep cleaning,the tables are old and dirty the chairs are really loose I almost fell off of one!the food quality is not that great!!the floors look dirty
By far, my worst experience with Ono Hawaiian... I ordered two take out plates today for lunch and they literally gave me half of the order. Their portions are half of what usual ono hawaiian serve, but of course, you're charged the same price for half of the amount. Literally, last time I purchase food from this specific location. By far, the most poor expert with this chain.
This is my first time here amd the food was horrible. Absolutely no flavor or salt! Waste of money. I wanted to try a new place but really should have gone to the hawaiian place across the street.
