Always good service! But drive true is sometimes impossible, but then again that's Mc Donald's ?
The floors are always sticky when I go in here. There is also a foul sewage odor.
The manager Hector is so rude not sure why they get managers that literally dont know how to take care of the customers. I went this morning got two ice vanilla coffees with extra creamer it had no taste of vanilla i even asked the drive thru guy if it had vanilla and he said yes . and i explained to hector he laughs and leaves doesnt even say a thing and then comes back with two other ice coffees. Not saying a thing leaves again Being a manager you should set a example with good customer service. i understand food industry workers as i was one before but if your being polite about a complain they should be polite aswell.
Stop overworking your workers and give them a living wage. Employees are constantly rushed and sometimes mess up my orders!!
I don't know how low y'all are getting paid or if you guys just have no motivation to do anything right. This place is so damm terrible at taking orders. Nothing can ever be right. Someone call Remy from Ratouille, he can probably take orders better than anyone here. Place can be run by rats and they'll do a better job at maintaining this McDonald's. It was great! The food was hot and delicious and the service was prompt and friendly .
I order and when I tried to pay with debit card they told me it was cash only but l never got told cash only when l was ordering my food, so l went to the atm to get cash, really bad customer service to be honest.

Last week I had a job interview- I truly believed I answered all questions being asked by the manager at this specific McDonalds, and I still don't understand the reason I didn't get a job there or not even a "thank you" for the interview or anything, I felt that I was "discriminated " due to my age. ? I guess this McDonalds in particular ONLY HIRES really young , high schoolers/students!? Well I'm really disappointed becauseI think we (people my age) have experience and deserve an opportunity too.
The entire staff were unprofessional and made so many mistakes.. These girls are costing the owner customers, time and money.
