Jamba

I’ve ordered twice from here and both times they were out of key ingredients and the drinks were bland. Dissatisfied. Not coming back here.

If ur going to pick up any Jamba then u should call ur order in cuz there are just 2 people & sometimes there's a random rush of customers depending on time w/ Elac college a Blick away as for Jamba baristas they are knowledgeable, honest, quick, & make some good smoothies, etc...

Not the best Jamba to go to, their kinda slow and take their time. My drink sat there for like 10 minutes while my other friends smoothie hadn’t been started since the other girls left the new girl to fend for herself with a big line. Not the best Jamba vibes thank you!Oh and the toaster was broken so I couldn’t get a waffle and my friend couldn’t get a pretzel but others were able to order one toasted. It was weird vibes

I went in there was a line of people waiting for their orders the register was open but nobody even acknowledge us no hello we'll be there shortly or even a quick hello welcomeWe waited for 5 minute and no one acknowledge that me and my brother were thereSo we left cause it was not worth ordering at a place where you're presence is ignored

I was just at this location.. around 6:30pm. There was only two young workers that kept processing orders but never acknowledged any of the customers that walked in. I was in line for like 20-30mins and they never turned to say anything. The line kept getting bigger and bigger and people started leaving. We eventually had to leave too. Bad customer service.. I know they're young but they should be better trained to know what to do in situations like this.

First time i ever had Jamba juice, wanted to order a pineapple mixture, but was unavailable. So i ordered a strawberry one, i didn't like it it was very bland no real favor. My husband ordered a mango mixture now that one was very tasty.

I hardly ever post reviews. I ordered online because I know how long they take to do one simple drink, I got there 30 minutes after I ordered and I still had to wait another 20 minutes, while I'm waiting they didn't bother to let me know they were out of a certain fruit until the end, so I had to settle for something else I didn't even want. Another thing, they only have one blender working.

I like this store but why do they play music so loud? It feels like I’m at a bar shouting over the music to order a drink. Plus the speakers are shot so the music playing sounds terrible plus being way too loud

The orange carrot juice with pineapple was amazing.! The girls did mention the pineapple was frozen and I can taste all juices perfectly

Please avoid this place at all cost. I brought my family for some smoothies and acai bowls, the first thing that the employee says is, "We don't have bowls there is no fruit". My wife had to settled for a smoothie that was not her first choice. After being here waiting for over 35 minutes for a smoothie the same employee starts making acai bowls for another order. What kind of service do they provide? Do they pick and choose what to serve or there are specific items to certain people. What a disappointment. If you want to waist your time and have an awful experience choose this place. After receiving our order it had been sitting on the counter for so long waiting to be blended that it tasted water down and not even frozen any more
