Ordered through Postmates no sauces included never answered their phone Worst attention to orders
Pollo Loco was short staffed so they closed at 7p, but yet they were accepting online orders. And unless I harass them and bug them for info and help they won’t automatically issue refunds to online order they can’t fulfill. And the staff didn’t know what to do or what to say that night.Horrible customer service. All these fast chains being run by kids.I was very clear about getting in communication with someone to help me with a refund because they didn’t turn off their online orders, and now I’m having to play a follow up game. Very unprofessional to put the staff in this position, I understand this is out of their hands since it’s not managed onsite, but that is precisely why management is there to make sure things are working accordingly.Where are they? Who knows? But whomever owns this store is so selfish to leave their staff clueless, not properly trained and efficient.
On 03 / 27 at 8: 21 They refused to sale a skinless boneless breast meal. Apparently the mananger told the worker cashier not to sale that. It hard to tell names none have name tags . She was the Manager no name tag
This last time it was good service,not excellent but good.. but Thier double chicken tostada are bomb.. try them a lil pricey but for 10$ I think you'll buy them from time to time..
Elpollo loco store 5918. at 2258 s. Atlantic Blvd Monterey park CA 91754..bad store ..I ordered food paid..after waiting long time they said no onions as I ordered...so I cancelled the order asked for my money...she said wait for manager..I waited 25 minutes to get my refund. And the refund was not accurate...I want compensation for my time and loss of money...aggravation..this elpollo loco shameful..people walk in without masks....people in store eating. Yelling...throwing up food disgusting...
The pollo bowl was half full, the pico de gallo was all tomato then on top they took forever with my order..The soup was the only good thing
This 1 star is cause they did not had cilantro dressing and also they need to organize there place is really messy never again .
Stopped going because salsa seems to have no avocado. :( it’s watery. I’ve seen this at multiple locations :( staff is nice
We have been coming to this El Pollo Loco location for many years we can remember. We enjoy the chicken well prepared cook and we enjoy their other items like the Pollo bowl and the tosdada salad.
i went to this location and the cashier was really rude.. i ask her if i can order and she say there's no chicken and i ask if they have something available and she was like.. i just say there's no chicken.. so i ask how long is gonna take.. and she was like.. how do i suppost to know.. i understand sometimes happend that they run out of chicken but i don't understand her attitude..
