This is mine & my daughter's favorite Chick-fil-A to go to, we love their fast service and yummy food. The drive threw is excellent which has 2 order windows so the wait usual isn't long.
They have the best ice cream & the cones are back at this location. When I'm having a bad day, I'll go just for an ice cream cone. The little things that make us Happy. The Pasadena location still doesn't have there cones yet. ? There food is also good.
Usually good service. Not today. More good customer service would have been appreciated. I'm not gonna go into a story that takes forever. I just would like a hello , will be right with you, sorry it's taking so long, anything but being ignored.
I order what's listed on the pictures below and instead I only got these item's? I'm not sure if the Uber driver was eating the fries or kept the rest of the food but I notified Uber Eats. I just didn't wanna throw the blame on the driver because I don't know who is at fault!? That's a lot of items I'm missing and I paid $60 for everything just to receive (1 order of half eaten waffle fries, 1 coke, 1 Mac and Cheese and a Delux Pepper Jack I didn't even order.) I didn't receive the Chicken Club Sandwich, Smoke House BBQ Bacon Sandwich Meal, Cobb Salad, Chicken-n-Strips Meal that came with a drink and fruit cup, 1 Strawberry Milkshake? That's a lot of item's to miss. I just wanted to notify the establishment of what happened.
Paola was super nice & polite to me. I loved her professionalism. She was very respectful and patient as I placed my order today. She I washed my hands, she so generously asked me what sauces I wanted…which I forgot to request. Amazing experience with her & Jason!! 2 outstanding people
What the hell is this? I asked for a veggie wrap and you give me a protein style grilled sandwich? How am I supposed to give a chicken sandwich to my vegetarian girlfriend? What's worse, you guys had to double check the order and STILL GOT IT WRONG!
Love this Chik-fil-A, they have the best customer service and the food always comes out fresh and hot. I did not give 5 stars because the strawberry milkshakes always taste very artificial and not consumable. Definitely returning here but not for the milkshakes.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Today I ordered a chicken soup with spicy deluxe sandwich and what I got in my soup was a clump of chicken which looked like a meatball with the broth. I complained to the manager that I could get food poisoning because obviously it wasn't cooked thoroughly and they acted like it was no big deal. Wish I would've taken a picture.
I have a wheat allergy so it's hard for me to find fast food that I can eat that won't send me into anaphylactic shock. However this Chick-fil-A location has Gluten free bun option which is very good. I'd argue probably one of the best buns I've had.
Received not even half a piece of chicken on the spicy chicken deluxe sandwich. Terrible. The cooks should know better than to serve this. Give Chick-fil-A a bad reputation
