Food was good,but bathrooms were very dirty. Health hazard and I will be reporting to Health department. Complain and they still didn't clean them right and manager didn't care. Was there yesterday around 4:30 2/20/22.
So, I used to love coming to this place before COVID for family gatherings. Simple breakfast on a Sunday morning. It was really nice. Just this past weekend was my first time going back since COVID started. I asked for a table of 10 and they let me know we wouldn’t be seated until the entire party arrived. Then I added three more people were coming. After waiting for my family for 29 minutes I did let them know that my parents (80 and 76) were too hungry already and that we were okay with sitting separately since the rest of our party wasn’t there yet. The waitresses were nice sat us down. My husband my son and my parents. We sat in a booth only for 4 people so we got a chair for my son to sit on the side. 2 minutes later DANIEL the manager comes and tells us very upset to get that chair out of there. Huge attitude. I asked him why he was being so rude and he completely went off on us. It was so upsetting to see a manager behave this way. All we wanted was a nice breakfast before my parents returned to Mexico but this guy Daniel ruined our morning. As we walked out I noticed this place was pretty empty for a Saturday morning. But with that type of management it made complete sense. If you have a family of 4 or more don’t try going there they made it clear they didn’t want us there. Even the waitresses seemed nervous about their manager.
What is that aweful smell in the back dinning area? Ate my breakfast and almost threw up while eating. Management needs to fix this for the Health and Safety of their employees and customers.
The food and service is good. The decore is old but not bad. My low star rating is for the sewage stink, it slaps you in the face the moment you walk in. It's disgusting.
Table and windows seals were a bit dirty. But staff was very kind. Food came out quick. It was ok . Thanks for the hospitality.
Food was delicious. Price reasonable. Will definitely come back.
No les recomiendo ni que entren alos baños están súper apestosos SUCIOS DESAGRADABLE ENTRAR ,, no tienen papel para las manos .. cuando llegamos la mesa estaba mojada .. yo entre al baño a lavarme las manos antes de comer y fue muy desagradable entrar a un baño TAN SUCIO
Steak seasoned perfectly I did not even have to use A1 sauce. shrimp scampi was also flavorful. Diet soda cup was never empty for longer then 2 mins. Promp serves banana cream pie was also good ending to a great meal.
I've had many good experiences here! Today we were served by Isaura! She's efficient and very pleasant. People like her make me come back. My chorizo with eggs was delicious! Great experience! I know this is a chain restaurant but people like Isaura make a big difference!
The server was awesome. Sadly I didn't get her name. they were very kind to offer a free refill as I finished my drink, and the food was delicious.
