First thing - drive thru Rep sounded unprofessional on the speaker . 2nd I paid for my order and they made me pull forward and wait 10 mins for my order in the Sun even though it wasn’t busy and there were no cars behind me. 3rd - I asked for ketchup and ranch on side and they didn’t even include any condiments in the bag. Will not be coming back. This location has got so ghetto. Don’t come here.
Food was what I expected whenever I go to any Carl's. Employees were swamped (I ate lunch at 11:30am) so I can't blame them for not giving me the best service, and no, I'm not complaining about the service. THE DISGUSTING RESTAURANT AND BATHROOMS!!!Attn franchise owner: pay more/higher/competitive wages to attract people to want to work at your location, cheap skate! Then you'll have enough staff to cover all bases. PUT MONEY BACK INTO YOUR RESTAURANT AND CLEAN IT, PAINT IT, AND MODERNIZE IT.
The lady behind the counter missed giving me my coupon discount. Buy one get one free. When I brought it to her attention , she silently went into the register and gave me the money due me but without one word of apology or even acknowledgement. She made me feel very unwelcome.
I was pleasantly surprised of how nice the service was at this CJ. The staff went above and beyond to make me an iced coffee that is usually not on the menu. They were very friendly and the restaurant was clean and well kept. Thanks for starting my day off nice.
Not real thrilled with the attitude of the lady who waited on me when I pointed out to her that she neglected to honor my coupon. It was a buy one get one free for $8.09. She did actually give me $8.01 back in cash all without saying a word
This girl overcharged me postmate cashier doesn't want her real name on the receipt on 3/7/2022 at around 4:06 PM looks like she does this all the time to other customers!! I guess she gets more per hour than the others!
The service is terrible here. The slowest fast food experience I have ever seen. They're understaffed.

At night time the staff is absolutely rude and distracted. I repeated my order to the lady over 4 times and she still managed to get it wrong. What made it worse was when I pulled up to the window not only did she have me repeat my order once more she was on the phone completely ignoring everything I was saying.
